how do you plug on 2 spoon fulls of soup our anything else. I had cream of wheat for breakfast and maybe less then a 1/4 of the packet. I made the ricotta bake and had 3 spoonfulls. I don't how much to plug in. I stated eating mushie food yesterday cannot eat what I thought now I know what everyone is talking about. I stop before I am full do I have not felt sick just wanted more in my head. I have to lose 60lbs and i.e.started laughing thinking to myself who does this for.60lbs I guess I do. have not regreted it I know nothing tastes as good as thin feels

I went for my first 2 week post op and list 20lb and feeling great. I can start mushy foods today. he said to watch calories more then anything and to eat protein first. he agreed that the south beach diet is probably the best to follow. he said about 1000 1200 calorie a day and 60 to 80 grams of protein that that sound right. he also said 4oz of protein per meal. he used a 34 bogie us that considered average

think back to why you fell in love in. the first place. marriages have peaks and valleys and the passion you first felt changes. finding someone new is exciting but out doesn't last. I am a therapist. sometimes people forget to honor the commitment they made. maybe you both need to go to counseling together. also remember you are going through changes out is normal to feel the way you do.

tom I start mushies and I am nervous I have been on liquids for the past 15 days I don't even know how my sleeve will handle food. so far I have not had any problems I like protein shakes and water. but I can't live on that. what was the first thing you ate when starting food what would be the easiest on my stomach. I have not even tried to eat food thanks

I am tired of clear liquids but it is easy not to have to think about what to eat. I start mushies friday 15days post op I have not even tried food yet do I don't know what my sleeve will handle. so far I have not had any problems with.gas or feeling nauseous

the hair thing is bothering me the most I have nice hair and want to keep it how long before it starts growing back:-(
