I was lucky just had to do 2 days and the last day I had to take a laxative just to clean myself out. I had to drink this gross stuff. I don't know if I could have done more then 2 days. dr said he did not think I had a big liver. I had to do Clear Liquids for 2 weeks and mushies for 3 next week I can eat regular foods next week not sure what to.start with. I have not deviated from any of his instructions afraid to hurt my sleeve I am proud of myself that I have not been tempted to try something there is really nothing I am craving. has anyone gone bald . I know alot of people on here think it is silly to worry about hair loss when we are gaining back control of our lives and health, but I am one of those people who is kind of concerned about losing my hair. I know there is nothing I can do to stop it, but I am wondering how much hair I will lose. My Dr. said since I have alot of hair, probably I will be the only one that notices. Hope that is the case

i had major foot surgery in sept .i had a torn tendon and did not know i walked on it too long and by the time i went to the orthopedic specialist i needed surgery. he had to rebuild my foot i had no arch due to the tear. thank god my surgeon was the best and was able to give me an arch the problem is my foot is fused i can walk but can not move my foot side to side so i am not sure what exercise i can do . I know I can do weights but no zumba I think I am afraid to hurt it again. it was the most painful surgery I ever gone through really out was the only one my dr said every nerve was inflamed. the sleeve was a walk in the park. my question is any suggestions of what I can do. I just got out of it. I don't think there is anything you can do but have patience. I lost 4lbs over the weekend. I know there are more stalls coming from what I have read, but I figure if I am doing everything I am supposed to "this too shall pass". Hang in there

yes you can be empathic to your clts i am a mental health therapist and i was thinking i would like to work with people who have either had or are thinking of having surgery. my dr thought it was a great idea since most of the nut and therapists you meet with prior to surgery have not gone through this experience. Ok I was 3 weeks post op yesterday and have been on a stall for the past week. What gives? I know that i am doing everyting right so I am not really concerned that the weight will not come off just frustrated. Just venting. How long do the stalls typically last? I am going to to my daughte'sr College graduation next week in Florida and hope to be off the stall before then. I have lost 20 lbs since surgey no pre-op diet was required. I think I am losing inches even though not weight. Just wondering how many more days of frustration. Thanks to everyone on here for the support you all give

how are people getting in. all the Water and calories. i know you are not supposed to drink 30 min before and 30 min after and if i eat alot of little meals to get calories in how do i fit in. all the water i have been getting about 48 oz i get the Protein in i like Protein drinks it feels like there is not enough hours to get everything in i need to get some more calories in Sent from my SPH-D700 using VST

my dr also said 1200 i am 3 weeks and at a stall i have been getting about 600 calories i get most of my Protein from shakes i am not very hungry and cannot get enough food on to get more calories any suggestions on what i can eat to get more calories. for Breakfast i have a eas myoplex shake 42 grams of protein lunch 1/4 cup of ff cottage cheese and dinner 1/4 cup of refried Beans with shredded ff cheese and then i have a 30gram Protein Shake what else.can i eat Sent from my SPH-D700 using VST

I know from reading about other people's journey this is common. I got on the scale today and was up 1 pound. I am not freaking out since I know I have been doing everything I am supposed to do. I have no problem getting in my protein mostly through shakes and water. I started eating mushy foods on Friday, not alot and mostly protein. So I guess this is normal right?. I am logging everything on my fitness pal. I have decided not to weigh myself everyday but 1x a week now. Please tell me this is normal. I was sleeved on 4/4 and have lost 20lb, well 19 now. Thanks
