I have lost. 27 surgery was 4/4 so I guess I am doing ok I did not have to do a pre op diet I get in all my Protein I like premier drinks I was drinking protein before the surgery I am not craving any foods I always ate pretty healthy my problem was thyroid I love this sleeve I just started solid foods chicken and imitation crab so far no carbs got the food thing down pat next the exercise thing Sent from my SPH-D700 using VST

How do you find her recipes, everything is all over the place. I see a few, but are they all together somewhere? I am 5 weeks out and can try anything now, but have only stuck to turkey breast and chicken. I need some good recipes please. I am not an exotic cook, need simple recipes since I work long hours. I am not really craving anything either, but know I cannot live on chicken. Please help Thanks

I am in fla for my daughters college graduation my mother who is not happy the surgery and told me there was nothing wrong I have lost about 25lbs it has been a month. do not test it your stomach is not healed you could cause a leak out is not worth it anyway you will not be able to eat much follow the drs orders the little you can eat can duo more damage then it is worth.
