I have lost 40 lbs and I am down from a size 18w to a regular 14 I did buy a pair of capris size 12 and was able to button them with my daughters help too tight but hopefully in 2 weeks I tried on the dress I wore to my daughters wedding in jan. I think you have to get mentally ready it is going to be a big change so you need to start thinking differently about food. Just wondering why you would go through all the trouble to have the sugery and then go back to old eatng habits. The sleeve is just a tool, but you have to be smart about using it. Many people are not mentally ready for the change and it is a big change. Think about why you had the sleeve and what you wanted to gain from it.

My thinking is, if I am not sure if this is a good thing to eat then I don't eat it. If you have to think about it, maybe it is not a good option
