Hi nursenetty, I had my lap band the same day as yours. I have a dr appmt today. I am on liquid/ puree diet now. I am walking and also plan to do couch to 5K program. Lets do it together. When are you thinking of starting? -
Alright I am also going to stick with the thicker soups. Hope it will help with wt loss. Gimme some of your ideas for food.

I just went for walk, but walked slowly. Today I ate cottage cheese for breakfast. I dont know I did right or wrong? But I was getting hungry and wanted to hold on till lunch. Gauri.

I am on liquid diet. Today is one week from the date I stared on this weight loss voyage. Hopefully everything will be alright. Still little scared.
