Just got professional strength whey isolate elite series. Is that a good one??

I was doing all different arm movements to break it up. Atleast 20 min each side. A heating pad def helps as well

I'm eatting or I should say drinking about the same. Also sleeved on may 1st. I also mush cottage cheese in my mouth too. I feel great and down 23 all together!! Keep up the good work!!

I'm walking a lot and ended up w shin splints!! I'm not the type of person to relax but now I have no choice. I was sleeved on may 1 Amd I can tell u shin splints are not fun

It's weird... When u touch the back of my legs around the calf to ankle area it feels sore. I had surgery may 1st. Any idea what this is ?
