I tried many and found UNJURY to be really good, the chocolate classic is just like chocolate milk no gritty after taste. -

Don't give up, UHC is horrible to deal with. It took me a year to get mine done. If you are all cleared to surgery have your Dr office get in touch with the hospital CFO and make payment arrangements.

You are doing GREAT, keep up(or is that down?) the good work. I am 1 week post op today and feel great, 590lbs 1 year ago to 552lbs 1 week pre-op to 536 this morning I am so excited

Hopefully you have a protein shake that you can tolerate, for me UNJURY chocolate with skim milk was really good. I am trying to attach a pre-op diet for woman(the mens one is slightly higher in calories). -
I hate to get all technical and such but harrassment is not tolerated in any work place(on or off the clock), tell them you are on a path to self improvement and either support you or leave you be. My boss and HR dept were very helpful with this step of my journey, Yes a few people quit talking to me but I gained much more respect from everyone else

Duncan Donuts decaf brewed strong was my best friend, I switched cold turkey with no headaches and I am 99% sure my hunger all the time pains went away within a day of the switch. -

I don't know if it will help, but UHC also turned me down after 2 appeals and supported by the VA ins commission, we went to my HR rep and got it approved, but it did take just over a year. Not with AT&T though, FWIW -
I wish there was an affordable scale for those of us around 550lbs

Hi, I'm 4 days post op and the first couple of days was the worst, my wife tried to flood me all at once and had to have the doc tell her 32 oz throughout the day building up to 64 eventually.
