U don't have to worry about your bmi and you hbp. Mine was low and he said I shouldn't worry. Just try to move fast with all your pre requisites because I thought it was easy and it took long for me. A lot of doctors to see and lots of tests.. Good luck

Ok so they said liquid diet for 3 weeks till surgery. I cheated today by having a salad from mc Donald's with no croutons and no dressing. And after I had that it sent me to the bathroom immediately. I don't know. Maybe my body is adjusting already or it's my mind playing with me.. 21 days to surgery -
Mine is April 17th .. I'm so excited but scared on how I will feel after the surgery. I'm in new York and having surgery with dr gohil from syosset

Im drinking the vanilla flavor and strawberry. But for some reason I think these are not the ones were supposed to drink for preop. These are really sweet for me. I mean I keep drinking it but im not sure -
Ok so just called and they said they sent the papers to Aetna this morning. Just waiting for a response.. I'm crossing fingers!

My surgery is on April 17th and I just started the liquid diet today and I was told by my surgeon to have only 2 protein shakes daily with a light dinner such as a salad or low protein such as fish or boiled chicken

So far I havent felt hungry.. Don't know as days go along but hopefully not.. Just drinking lean shake by GNC.. So excited but scared! -

You are only allowed to drink 4 protein shakes per day and if you still feel hungry, you are supposed to drink either beef, chicken or vegetable broth , Gatorade , jello or water -
