Last Dec 2011 I had my sleeve surgery. So far, I've lost 100 pounds. And I feel great about that part. However, when I did my yearly labs, the results weren't so great in regards to what I was deficient in. It was a lot. And that's because I lacked taking my Vitamins on a consistent basis.
As the nurse told me -the labs don't lie.
My question is this: for those of you who are one year or more post surgery - how good are you at taking your vitamins/minerals?
The nurse made me feel scared that if I don't start being consistent with taking the vitamins that I will have long term issues in the future.
Do you all agree and if so how do you push yourselves to take ALL those darn vitamins?
