I had my Lapband march 22,2013 starting weight 368 on the day of surgery 351 today I am 196!! I see the plastic surgeon Thursday for a surgery date for the skin removal

I was banded on 3/23/12 also three weeks in I'm feeling well I know this is a slow and steady process I'm ready to see the new me already on mushie foods until next Thursday other than that trying not to look at chocolate lol I'm planning on joining a gym soon and doing zumba

I was banded on 3-22 the doc put 3cc in my band during surgery I can feel that I have restriction but I'm trying to understand when I'm completely full this is new to me and I don't know how much to eat I'm still on liquids until next Thursday I don't want to fail or over eat

Hi everyone I was banded on 3-22-12 I stayed the night in the hospital because that's what my surgeon recommended in home 3 days now and my body is sore especially my shoulder but other than that everything with the surgery went well I can't wait to start seeing the results -
