Ladyivy....I don't get any where near the protien I need!! I know its bab but I'm very obsessed with how many times I eat and how much...I do always eat high protien food tho..tuna salmon...fish shrimp...but I know its not enough...I just feel like if I eat 6 times a day my weight loss will stop and I have 60 pounds to go -

I am hungry all the time...I'm 3 months out....I've lost 50 pounds. I feel hunger all day long...I only let myself eat 3 times a day because I fear that I will stretch...I've read that grazing is bad -
I had surgery on march 21....I've had heartburn frequently. Twice now once today and once about 3 weeks ago I woke up with a bad burning in my throat....no heartburn just in my throat....it almost seems like I'm havin bile come into my throat while I sleep and it has burnt it....any one else have this or opinion on wat it is???

Hey I'm 7 weeks post op and feeling great....my friends have been asking me to go out with them....I haven't seen them for so long because I was to ashamed to be out at my preop weight.....so is it way to soon for a drink???? -

You will see several docs...u can ask any questions u have...u do get a print out about post diet but it is not very clear or specific. Pre op labs will be done am of surgery they come to your room and do it...and they do an ekg in your room also....very easy they will talk to u about any thing you want to know -
I flew from ohio to san deg and the flight out wasn't bad but I really wish I would have done first class coming home....it would have made a big difference in comfort

Just became single ..im 12 days post op....i have been with the same guy for 5 years, thick and thin. Once i decided to have the sleeve he started to push me away....i dont get it but i know i have alot to do to fix me....so single is ok for now! Glad im not alone out here!!! -

Thanks so much!!! My mind tells me to just take it day by day....i weigh every day....but im not going to any more...once a week i think will do. I need a new game plan but i have no idea where to start. I know i need more water...i havent been able to do very much as far as working out because my stomach is still sore and i get very wore out so quick...need to walk more... -
Im really worried im not going to lose. I am only 12 days out...my diet says full liquid...should i even be thinking about calories at this point? Gained a lb today thinkn ill go back to clear liquid...please help i dont know what to do!

Hi im new here...i get how you feel!!! i am 12 days post op and i have lost 23 lbs....untill today i weighed and i have gained a lbs!!!! i am sick! how does anyone who has had this done gain weight? All i have been eating is yogurt and lil meat baby food. Protien shakes. I do have trouble getting the water in. I just dont know what to do....i think i will go bacl to all liquid diet....but feel weak as it is....just dont know what to do now! -

Hi...i just had my sleeve on march 21. I went to dr. Garcia and could not be more happy. The care was great and very organized. THe hospital was very clean and he staff was nice and clean as well
