I made it into the gym 2 days in a row.. I know not much but these are huge steps for me so far.. I added some leg weights yesterday after doing 1hr on the treadmill..I plan to add the arm weights today. I am still not ready for stomach exercise but I am waiting for full release from my Docs before I attempt to do them. As for my Arms, Legs and Shoulders..I am working on them now....I do not want a lot of sagging skin...
