Banded 4/9. Lost 35lbs so far. Going to the gym. Feel like I'd lose quicker if I made my protien goals daily

I used dr neil Floch. He is head of bariatric surgery at Norwalk hosp. He has been great did my band and hiatal hernia.

I'm in Stamford

April 9 is my day also. Down 26 lbs as of today and had my first fill today. Im on liquids 2days then 2 days mushie. I go for my next fill in two weeks. They said 1/2lbs per week is good. Wish I lost more but feeling good.

Must have been the full moon. I have my first fill this week and I didn't cheat till last night. pizza one slice. Felt mad about it after but today I I'm ok I still was around 1000 cals for the day. I'm down 26 lbs as of last weigh in last week. Trying not to go crazy about the scale. Will be back on the wagon today

I was on optifast for two weeks. Freeze till slushy adds some sugar free vanilla flavor and some cinnamon tastes good. As for broth I made my own. Strained it let it sit overnight in the fridge then skimmed the fat off. It was good and a nice break from all the cold stuff. During that time I ldidnt cheat and lost 15kbs before surgery

Banded Monday. The gas was not a problem for me. I totally used the meds. Now I am tylonol. The worst getting in and out of bed and finding a comphy position. I am so swollen though they did the Lapband hiatal hernia and had to fix some sort of bleed so two of my incisions are about two inches long. Today I had a yogurt. Yum but I was full before I are it all new concept. I go back to work on Monday

I am so excited. For the same reason. If you see something you like you might actually be able to wear it. I always shop in the large section with a small budget an had to find the least horrible stuff on sale. My skinny hubby doesn't get it. One of my first stops will be Victoria's secret for a matching bra and underwear set. When I was skinny many years ago the didn't exist so now as I loose weight I am ready to go to town

I had four optifast shakes and two bars a day then cleatr liquids for two days. I had lost15lbs as of my surgery yesterday.

Banded yesterday. Definitely uncomfortable today. But they also did a hiatal hernia and had to fix a bleed on my left side. I am trying to get used of sleeping on my back. The pain med will certainly be my friend today.

Up early. Getting ready to go to hospital. I barely. Slept an hour last night, excited nervous ready to go!

My b day is tomorrow. Have to be there 6am. Had other surgeries before. Still nervous although I know I will be ok. Have lots of stuff to do today. Did u have to take milk of magnesium also?

I made homemade chicken stock. Just drained it let it sit in the fridge overnight then skimmed the fat off. It tasted great. I feel so hungry I have surgery tomorrow and on my second day of Clear liquids. Except the most discussing thing. .. .... Milk of magnesia Two tsps required. Yuck
