I am 28, married to my high school sweetheart and all in all enjoy life. I have been overweight my entire life and my family also has a bad history with obesity. After suffering a heart wrenching miscarriage of our first child in October 2011, I knew I needed to do something about my weight. I looked into the Lap-Band about 6 years ago, but decided against it... but back then I was doing it for the wrong reasons. Now I am ready for a family and needed a tool to guide me in my weight loss, so I decided to have it done.
