I'm day 7 in pre op liquid diet and have lost 5.5lbs. I need to lose a total of 10lbs by next Tues. The scale hasn't moved since Saturday and I have followed it to the T. Any suggestions?

I agree with Lisa that everyone having some kind of surgery gets nervous and thinks "what if". I am having surgery on the 26th and I can't say those things haven't run through my mind too. Just say positive and honestly, I have found that reviewing this site has helped me quite a bit. Hearing everyone success stories, ideas and dos and don'ts has been really informative. Good luck to you.

Thank you! Congrats to you on your 80lb weight loss! That is amazing. I am very optimistic about the surgery and honestly can't wait for it. I am nervous however, about the first couple of weeks but I know that I will get thru it. -
