Tracyk - I'm cracking up reading your post, I can so relate... ds is going to be 4 on 11/6 and we are taking him to ChuckECheese - so this am first thing he saw a commercial... well you know what happened next, and after 5 hrs sleep for me. LOL Terry - Nice job on raising $. and doing a 5k walk... you go girl. I am committed to going to the gym monday am, no matter what. Need to get my vits today so I can have more energy on 5 hrs sleep.

I was bad today, had a shot of strawberry vodka in my crystal light tonight at work, they were all drinking wine... and I will never do that again, I got one of the 1 shot bottles $.99 LOL Kat - I sent you my info right? enjoy your couple days of quiet Laura - what a difference, if you want I'll send you some tea. I just read the entire day so I know I'm forgetting something I brought my friend who brought me to surgery to have her eye tuck done today and spend most of the day there today, then right to work. She told me to leave, but I told her I was not running out on her - she is such a good friend I was just being the same for her. she is older than me, going to be 50 this year (I'm going to be 37 12 days before her bd) so the nurse asked her if I was her daughter. we laughted but I know she wanted to smack the nurse. Also, I went to the liquore store tonight, (we were celebrating the city passing the varience for step mom's cafe) and the girl at the counter who was not much older than me would not sell me wine without my id. I told her I was flattered! I went to my car and got my license, as I handed it to her, she said I didn't look close to 30, I told her I was ++++++, she took my license and told me she never would have guessed I was even close and what ever I was doing was working! Can you imagine.... Well, I'm off to bed in just a minute

Morning gals I am going to try to take my vits again today, I ran out and i'm going to get some energy multi's. I need to get back to the gym but I'm so stinking tired. these nights are killing me. Anyway, I'm claiming my 208 today. 5more lbs and i'll be to my -75 mark. I'm so excited and want it badly. Ok so now that we are confessing, dark choc peanut m&m's ... I love peanut m&m's and I know it is a better choice than some of the other things I could have so on the occasion I want something, I buy the smallest bag I can find no matter what the cost and get them.... see Jane... you started this weeks confession It is kind of funny, if we look back there seems to be one every week or 2. Terry - that would sound right 5-6 hrs. I love road trips so that is cake. Ok so,,, my poor son - he is so very funny, infact he is just so stinking cute I can't stand it, but he spends way too much time with teenage girls (his sister and her friends) I am still working on my 1st cup of coffee, and he had to show me the cheer that they taught him yesterday. He is always full of smiles and to make it worse, had a croup episode this week and is on steroids and they make him nuts, funny nuts... but omg. 2 hrs at the grocery store yesterday because he wanted to show me everything.

Ok - last post for now... I'm just watching biggest looser from Tuesday, I love this crazy show then off to bed. I hope everyone has a fantastic night

HOLA GALS!!!! hmmmmmmmmmmm. lets see... where to start... of course i'm just getting in my work. I am so tired lately. Laura - hugs on the holiday bs... I'm kind of jealous listening to all your dilema's of where to go... well, I don't really have family here, my mom lives with me and my sister is married so they do stuff with his family, my dad is around now that i'm working for them again, but they have their own family... So.. no problem here, I hang out at home with my kids and love them to death... OH... dbf... can't deal so don't... he knows where we live. Jane - HUGS... i am sure you are fine but can see how that can make you crazy waiting. no sweets. THROW THEM ALL AWAY!!!! I have 1/2 c Eddy's no sugar or 1/2 the fat ice cream every night... will that be satisfying? Tell me what you are munching on and I'll find you an alternative. We have all had our struggles and we have all been there for each of us... YOUR TRUN GIRLFRIEND!!! April 08- I'm in - fri-mon long weekend is perfect. I am so excited... see time found the perfect answer. Can't wait to claim my loss in the am... I'm keeping my fingers crossed it is the same!

I know... and I can drive there... even better1!!!!!!! well i'm off to work i love horseback riding... but have been such a fat ass for so long I wouldn't do it... I can't wait!

Judy - not my birthday... Ms-Jen's...lol that is why i changed my signature to Jenn a while back Girls, I'm game for a trip in April!!!!! Michelle, isn't that about when the cherry blossoms start popping out? it is beautiful down there the end of april beginning of may. I could do a long weekend - or a few days depending on where I'm working. I am down today after my fill, I had 1/2 c cottage cheese for breakfast and 1/4 c ricotta cheese mixed with 1 egg and some 2% mozz cheese for lunch. I am not going to claim my loss until tomorrow until it is steady.... I'm so happy but when it is the same for 2 days i'll be excited.

OH today is Jennifer's bday too... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Laura - there are some people that I don't mention wls to either. they ask what I've been doing, I just tell them hard work at the gym, changed my bad habbits. Some people just want to know to gossip. and yes you are right... some could take that as an insult, but I've learned to take it as a compliment and thank people now. but... MEAN PEOPLE DO SUCK! that is the bottom line it just took me 30 mins to eat 1/2 c cottage cheese, i have restriction back! yipee

Morning gals Kat - I'll be sending good thoughts today Terry - My dr gave me a lecure on Plateaus yesterday and told me he didn't think i needed a fill. He said that I am doing better than most (which I thank my violet sisters for) and I should be at a plateau so that my body can catch up and adjust. He also gave me the sweet spot lecture, which I think is 1 - 1.25 is it for me. So I know that doesn't make us happy to hear, but it is encouraging. It is kind of funny, I was talking to my cousin the other day and she was telling me how she thought she would lose more than 14lbs in 2 weeks. Remember those days girls when we were beating ourselves us, and convincing ourselves we did the band because slow and steady and healthier.. I told her I so understood where her head was. She joined lbt yesterday too. hope everyone is having a good day Terry - I am with you on the mountain cabin thing, looks nice and realxing, but give me sun and a beach, (and a hot cabanna (sp) boy) and i'm happy Tracyks, man - i'm still blown away, size 12... I am squeezing into a 14 but not ready to make the transition,

Hi all. Laura - OMG didn't even realize... today is the 6 month bandiversary... ME TOO... Kat - she is opening a cafe. breakfast and lunch, mmmmmmmm scrambled eggs, my favorite Well, I went for my fill today, had to BEG and I mean BEG for it, and when all was said and done, I was glad I did, when he took out my saline that was originally 1.25cc where I couldn't eat for 2 weeks, it was down to .5cc so he filled me to 1.5 and I coudn't breathe and knew that would be a problem, so I am now back up to 1cc in my band, that should be just enough to take the edge off, and now I'm going to get motivated, take my energy multi vits and go to the gym every stinking day again so I can join you sisters in Onderland. On that happy note, I'm going to take a nap before work - just a little cat nap but need it, 4 hrs at the dr kicked my butt. Tracy - thinking about you sister!!!!!

Morning gals Ok Kat - I'll keep that in mind all chicken and come up with a good one. I never thought about using those fried onions as a coating. that is a great idea as a filler. I eat chicken tenders all the time, only because I can and they are quick when I'm in a hurry. I usually put one in some lettuce. My step mom makes her own salad dressing and it is the best italian in the world - and i think helps with my other issues, along with the lettuce, so I make sure to have some salad every night I work, I need to bring some home in a bottle. Tracy & Kat- you are both in my prayers .... Tracy what time today for you? I hate dealing with family court, I will send you strong mental hugs today. You will be fine, you have violet support. Well, I am going to get ready, I have my fill and don't remember what time, I think 11 but I wrote it on the 9am spot in outlook so I'm up and going to leave at 8 just in case HUGS ALL Tracyk - how is your nephew? hi gals i was so tired earlier, did i mention that my dd does not need braces!!! I am so happy, the time I refused to go back because of money, her teeth straightened out so they are going to pull her 6 baby teeth that are left and they should come in just perfectly! And because not ortho they are paying 80% so I only have to pay 20%, not $3000!!!! Funny - i just had pot roast for dinner, why can I eat beef and not chicken? That is funny to me. Judy - how impressive is that??????? You go girl Terry - that was a great article there is a support group tonight, i think I'm going to go, I need it Kat. What kind of chicken it is? I have such issues with it that I will think about the one i miss the most. I am making a pot roast for dinner, but I went to friendly's for lunch and had a side salad and 1 chicken finger and 5 fries, I am still so full I want to bust.
