hi just getting in from work, i was on earlier but spent most of the day in tears then went to sleep before work, i got in early because i was suppose to pick up my mom but her flight was cancelled this morning so she is still in AZ and I left work and going to watch Haunting of #24 with my dd. I hope it is scary and not totally stupid night all

i'm going to take a nap, today is my 11 hr day at work and i was cleaning snow for 2 hrs this am, i think that is a workout right?

Morning gals TracyK - trust me, every morning I get up, say it is a new day and it will all be good, today is the day - if you notice on my signature, I've even been going to the gym 3-4 times a week - which is not always so easy, but I have been trying so hard. Terry - I have been wearing it for the last 2 days. and I love love love it, so I am positive it will help. As for a fill, I'll make an appt the beginning of the week to get in. I am having a hard time, and need a fill. I do everything he wants me to and right now I can eat anything, in small amounts but don't hve much of a limit on what I can eat. I need to go back to post surgery diet. liquids for a couple of weeks I just got in from snowblowing my driveway, which side by side you can fit 6 cars, the front of my house and walkway - and got my neighbor out. He is older and should not be shoveling, he has had heart issues. if it snows on the weekend i try to beat his kids out there *they are my age* but shovel and where the plows go through 3 feet from the edge of the road, it is wet, icy snow so I always try to at least get rid of that for them. 45 mins to do 2 yards, got to love the blower. Afriend was going to plow me out last night while I was at work but I said no thanks... we are going to get dumped on from the same storm Michelle is going to get Sat night into Sunday 1-2 feet of snow is being predicted here, so I need to keep it good so there is room for all that snow. I have to share the drive with mom now so I need to do the entire driveway. i'm going to drink coffee and warm up

it took me a week but just sealed the last xmas card, so back to the post office. i ran out of cards so i'm going to get more tomorrow when i take my aunt to walmart night all - i'll check in at some point tomorrow

morning gals getting ready to head out, have a dr appt to get my Water pill script renewed. had a fill appt but cann't take getting yelled at for not doing my part and loosing anything in 6 weeks. can't take feeling like a failure with him. showed my friend my ss gift before i sealed the box this am - she wanted it - so i hope that my violet likes it as much.

ss present is all together and going out in tomorrow's mail.... hope everyone is having a great day

Morning gals just checking in drinking my coffee. Scale was still 210 this morning. I only had 1000 high protein cals yesterday and did a super workout... how frustrating to me. Patience and trust right? Hopefully after a couple of weeks of this workout I'll feel like I'm shaping up if nothing else. but since it has only been a week I don't feel it yet. I am so far behind on xmas cards and stuff, I am going to try really hard to get it together this weekend. Today is my 10hr day at work, so I don't know what I'm going to get done today. hope everyone has a great day today

LOL Suzie - LOL that was good Tracyks - you are so cute well, i just got home from work and going to bed, i'm so tired I didn't even realize the firetrucks were driving down my street to put out a fire at 3am. the firehouse is volunteer and there is only 1 house between me and the station, so usually when they go out at night I am on the ceiling. We have a great recipe for Margaritas with frozen lime juice, they are yummy. i have great sweet & sour pucker too, taste great with rasp ice crystal light. it is not as heavy or sweet as margaritas and it is a pretty color blue too. I'm so glad you are getting your car back so you can get out, I know I go nuts being stuck in the house for a few days with the kids.

I give just not going to have time to say everything I was trying to. I am dressed and waiting for ds to get motivated, he is in one of his stop modes today. He drove keri (speech therapist) nuts today. she asked if I was going to bring him to sitters today and when I said no, she wished me luck... GREAT.. so tomorrow morning he will be out of here! LOL I hope to have ss gift in the mail Sat or Monday at the latest. There is no way I can get it out today with ds. I am going to make an appt with my primary today, my glands in my throat hurt to touch and feel a little swollen, which scares the crap out of me, plus the migraines I've been having for the last week, and I'm out of water pills. well, Pam I am super jealous - I hope Garth comes to Albany

Morning gals Tracy- i'm glad you sister is ok. Terry - yes... I am stuck about 5-10lbs lower than where I was for over a year, but when I felt good about myself. I don't know why I don't feel good about my self now. About the jeans, I'm not going to try any on until after xmas, only because I asked dad for a gift card for JC Penny because I need some new jeans. that should be about perfect, even if i only lose a lb or 2 I will go to they Y every day and maybe lose an inch or 2.

worked out for 1 1/2 hr again today. came home and slept for 30 mins showered and now going to work. I had an eggbeater omlet with sausage and onions and 1/4 cup cottage cheese for lunch and weighed in at 210 when I just showered. OK so I guess I'm back on track... going in the right direction, now if it keeps going that way I'm going to have my 300cal bean burito for dinner. go me well off to work.

Morning gals well, I'm awake and trying to pay my heat bill so I don't get shut off... how frustrating when the site is not working right. I only lost 1/2 lb yesterday but that is ok, after the 5 i lost monday I feel like I'm getting back on track and I'm going to the Y in 30 mins. I was starving last night after working out, so I'm going to go then go get breakfast with my gf I'm meeting at the Y. going to get scrambled eggs. Pam - what a nice sister you are... Kat - Judy - I think it is coming this way, my ear hurts and I have a horrible headache, just feel run down. Michelle - I'm a Mary Kay lady too, same as you, family and friends need something I get it. Helllllllllllllooooooooooo ladies well I had 1, 2, 3, maybe even 4 too many margaritas tonight, and nope... no food, so I am feeling quite good. Nope, no trying anything on... next week I will go on another shopping trip. I have lost 5lbs, and I really didn't want to get new jeans until I was at 203 so .... something to work for. Big problem. I worked out for 2 hrs today, walked for 45 mins and weights for the rest, I WAS STARVING!!! so I'm going in the morning going to have a shake and protein bar and planned eggs for lunch. I still feel bloated, probably from the margaritas but feel so much better than 2 days ago, but 203... I'm getting jeans. we had a big plastic surgery conversation tonight,... my step sister has boobs... she went from a b to a -A after nursing 4 kids, and I am all over that, and a ttuck! she wants me to find out if I can get a group discount, did I mention 4 kids??? LOL Laura... I am jealous.... you look so absolutely beautiful and no tummy!!! you brougt tears to my eyes..... you are just so beautiful - but i thought you were even when you were heavy well, i'm going to finish watching the biggest looser loves ya all

thanks Laura that chicken with the oj must be really moist and juicy and I like the idea of the home made chicken tenders/nuggets. I do lots of chicken tenders, Tyson makes the best ones you can have 2-3 for 200 cals and 20 g protein. that is a meal for me. have a great afternoon all

Man... a size 0... should we all have those problems... oh wait... then I would not have met all you wonderful people who have touched my life in so many ways... I ran out of yogurt to make my shake so I made it with coffee icecream, (1/2 cup) some cold coffee, & protein powder. It was actually less cals and a nice change. I took out a pkg of turkey meat to make a burger before I go to my scrap book party tonight so I don't eat there. My SS gift should be going out on Friday, I'm going to start boxing it up tomorrow. My house is such a mess it is stressing me out, but I'm done for today, working on my 6th load of laundry - kids are all done, mine is done, and now working on towels. Working for 10 days straight I have not done a thing so I guess tomorrow I'll clean, today is laundry. Well, off to dry my hair and do round 2 of running, pick up ds and back home to get ready for this thing.

Ok gals, I'm really leaving... but I have to share... remember yesterday I said i was 2.5 heavier... that was 216.5 well, yesterday paid off and was what I needed. I just got on the scale and it was 211! going back in the right direction! and I was holding 216 for about a week so it was real weight.
