(I didn't have any yesterday... i'm back on liquid diet, chicken broth and Jello.... Good Morning everyone sounds like you all had a productive weekend... This was my first Saturday off in a long time, so i got up and went to get paint for the kitchen - Old Mexico is the main color with some deep green and a mustard type color for accents - I plan on painting Wed night so i can have cabinets by next weekend, my counter top should be in this week and as soon as i call them they will come measure an then cut and ta-da!!! I will have a kitchen! I cleaned like a crazy person yesterday and got up xmas decorations and my tree, Terry, just like you... I was in bed at 10, and that was only because i was watching a movie Had my first fireplace fire of the year last night when i was done and it was so nice Still having some pain but calmed down, i feel so bloated, i ate yesterday, some left overs, and i feel like a pig but in reality i didn't eat that much, i feel so full even this am and should not Hope you all have a great day Judy keep the snow, i'm not ready yet and usually what you get is here in a day or 2. I am going to mow my back yard today - i did the front yesterday, mulched up all the extra leaves and finished cleaning up the back, so no snow until it is done Hugs everyone

Yes thank you I did get it from Kat I have an appt Tuesday am with my lapband dr who is also a general surgeon and hopefully he will take it out. Pray for me gals that i don't have to go to the ER before then - besides feeling like i'm going to get sick which gets me way down (it comes in waves) i feel like i've been hit by a truck Everything i read says go to er if have a fever so that will be my breaking point

Morning everyone well, i think i figured out why i've been so bloated and chew on gas-x like it is my best friend. I had a gallbladder attack yesterday afternoon when i ate a pc of bacon. Just to let you all know - it was horrible, between the feeling like i couldn't move without throwing up and the sharp pain in my back right under my ribs - i choked down a slice of turkey and a couple bites of plain mashed potatoes. it actually seemed to settle my stomach for about an hour and that was it. I am not sure if the feeling like i'm going to throw up or pain is worse, but i have know this was coming but have been ignoring it since June when the pain started and serious constipation. I was about 30 seconds from going to the ER last night it was so bad..... ugh.......but would sure explain a lot I'm at work so no dr today, but i'm going to make an appt today - thank goodness my lapband dr is a general surgeon, because i want him to take it out, but need a referral from primary with my new insurance... going to be a long day

I'm bored today, too damp and cold to go outside and I am a distraction to some of the guys to i have to limit my walks... i guess i'll take that as a compliment? popped in while no one was in here, i cooked burgers on the grill for my boss and our mechanical guy - I had a lean cusine flatbread sand, which i cooked on the grill and made it more like a pizza. I can actually eat the flatbread and it is 330 cals and 21g protein

Good Morning everyone! i'm at work so a quick pop in while i have 30 seconds.... Icy roads this am, i'm not ready for this Terry - my dd has her first real bf too... i have not met him, he is going to come over for desert tomorrow, but i have friends who work for school dist so i always inq. about everyone she hangs with and they all LOVE him and say i have nothing to worry about! How nice I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving, we are having a crazy one at my neighbors, making garbage bread for the kids and chicken wings to go with the Turkey because we are nuts... and perrogies and gumpkies (SP), turkey, cornbread stuffing, pumpkin cheesecake, and some other polish food... nothing traditional here except for the turkey (which i cannot eat) so i'll eat the polish food and be super happy... Pam -- be safe out there traveling Enjoy your families everyone - i actually am missing mine - so we are starting new traditions this year, and we are going to pick one up that my Aunt use to do, every year she had new year day dinner for all of us, and since she passed last month... mom and I decided since she was helping fund the walls going up we were going to try to get the 3 cousins left and have it at our house. Hey girls what a day - got home from work, and then went to happy hour which turned into happy night - got home at 1 i think... too cold to walk so we waited for our friend to get out of work (only 10 last night) My sheet rocker took yesterday off so he could finish his floor and my walls could dry - so, he cut his finger pretty bad on a saw and they spent the night in the hospital, had to remove his nail and stitch him back together..... I don't know what this means for my work yet.... ugh Pam - hugs i wish i could say something as beautiful - but know you are in my thoughts and prayers Tracyks, Tracyk Judy, JANE Terry, Suzanne Michelle, Denise Haydee..... Morning everyone survived another day, i am so sick and woke up this morning afraid i have this infection going on because i inhaled insulation - i think i might break down and get some antibiotics, i've been hacking up really yucky stuff for 4 days nos Today is ds's bday so it is going to be a long day, going to work, pick up cake, get wings, i already ordered pizza, have to wrap his presents and have my friends coming over for pizza and cake, anyway, hope you all have a good day, i tried to post from work yesterday but it got crazy

Just to clarify I was not making light of the election, but they were talking about it on my way in, and well said.... I don't think of race and I understand this was a huge thing, but the girl on the radio hit the nail on the head, they showed 99% of black people on national interviews... what about the fact that young generation 18-24 voter registration and voting was up 68% for this election. That is a huge thing too... anyway, sorry even if i don't care for him or i do, this election was a milestone... and I hope he can go down in the history books for more than just being black.

Good morning guys crazy weekend.... thanks for the kind words - i think i'm still in doubt and waiting for her to call to take her shopping. yesterday spent the entire day on the kitchen. I have a wireless doorbell - or should i say had, i wired a new one yesterday, got more tiles up, put down the rest of the subfloor under the cabinets and part of the ceiling is up. Today, running to home depot to get a pc of plywood for under the bar/countertop so i can do tht floor too. This week i'll have the floor down, electrician will be here to wire my oven, ceiling will be done today and new window will be in today. I hope to get the walls on in 2 weeks then cabinets, I can't beleive i'm so close to getting things together, it seems like it has been forever! hope you are all doing well.. check in soon

morning another night of self distruction.. I am done... I get into a funk and just hurt myself. actually was all good and then the bartender made me a drink with the rest of the bottle, even too strong for me, couldn't even drink it but what couple of sips pushed me over the edge. i hate me anyway - got dd's bed put together last night went to th hospital to sit with my mom and aunt for a bit, she is just taking her time but is getting really cold and no responsive going to work on the floor in the kitchen today - I really need to get the floor and ceiling up - it is getting cold and i need to get the kitchen back together hope everyone is doing good, kev is going to trial and might even settle, he has to meet with a mediator next week - getting some money he owes me would just be so nice and take so much pressure off me

I would have freaked with blood and stitches Kat - i missed the beginning of the puppy, but poop on the patio and peeing inside... got to love puppies.... they are cute until that happens Terry - your dog is so cute and are so lucky, i love my kittens more than anything and they were born the day my gram passed and we picked them out when they were a week old, so they hold an extra special place in my heart. I saw him out Tuesday night, we are suppose to get together tonight... we will see Work, again, offered a job in Buffalo... big sigh..... but they are putting me up in a really nice inn and invited me to the holiday party in december... how nice...I love these people I'm off, have a web cam meeting today and am having curly hair... which is an effort, ok not much but i always hav some to touch up so i showered last night love ya all Oh, my aunt is still with us, it is like she is afraid to let go, but last night she had a calmness around her so i hope she is on her way, because either way she is not good

Morning Happy belated birthday haydee i'm running late, gram's sister had a heart attack last week, don't remember if i told you, she was doing good, recovering, had a stroke friday... long hard weekend,.... and they moved her to hospice last nigh, sooooooo... i'm exhausted and still working - so i'm off, if i have a minute at work i'll catch up, have 4 pages here. have a great day
