Morning gals going to work today, no throwing up but the new antibiotics are still kicking my butt, everything is going right through me. I've gained 4lbs but i'm going to assume because i'm bloated. i can feel it in my hands and feet. I'm going to take a water pill today and try to get back to crystal light. Power ade is loaded with sodium and other stuff and that is all i've had to drink. Hope you all have a good day Kat - glad you guys finally made it back and Manda was able to come home

I have a few of my own things i'm dealing with and actually going to get them all resolved today Delta flight going to Detroit arrives at 9:30am and leaves at 5 Monday getting home at 10:30 is back down to $158 I'm going to resolve my issues and I'm booking. Looks like i don't have money for family vacation so we are having a party July 4 on the new deck, which will be enjoyed greatly.

Morning gals Happy Birthday Tracy I'm just getting up, drank some power ade and it stayed in me. Went to the dr last night,have bronchitis and a bad reaction to antibiotics. She is trying me on a new kind because i need them and hope that i'm ok with them. So I am home today, 1 more day, it is killing me not being at work. but I need to be better and i'm afraid to take antibiotics away from home hope you all have a good day Tracyinks - glad you got your fill

Haydee remember my sweet little kittens i got last year (they just turned 1 2 weeks ago), well..... Besides they are nuts... Boots, the boy weighs 17lbs and is far from fat, he is huge, bigger then my neighbors schitzu, he is a clutz - female is only 9lbs and she is as graceful as they come. He sleeps wth me, always along side my legs, i might as well have a dog with me. LOL Tracy - spoke too soon.... i'm almost scared to go to the dr later

Hi everyone, have not thrown up in 2 hrs yipee. I'm going to try sipping water now, feeling a little dehydrated. Kat - that is great about Manda, i will continue to keep you all in my prayers did i tell you guys i'm going to do a weightloss support group at the Y? I know i should go to the band support group but it is mixed with rny and i don't enjoy it. At this point i just need some moral support so I'm going, it is $20 for 7 weeks. I also hired a personal trainer to help me focus on getting my core strong and work on my middle. I really want to wow my dr again when i go back in April. I want to be his star pupil. Plus I do feel ok with myself if i could just tone it up. funny i'm actually saying that I have a queen size bed, and more since surgry and hitting onederland, i feel so tiny in my bed. i just use to take up so much of it, and now i'm making room to share

Happy anniversary Tracy and congrats how nice. I'm going to lunch with someone special then coming home to have dinner with my friend and her daughters. Since i've pretty much been on my own the last few V-days, and her hubby goes to Daytona every year, we have dinner and drinks together. I'm going to make scallops wrapped in bacon and shrimp scampi for dinner and i'm going to make chicken parm for the kids with cosmopolitians, chocolate martini's and buttery nipples... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I am going to try really hard to do the mediterrian diet starting next week. That is how i lost my pre weight so i had a friend email me the basic guidelines from our Dr. and i'm going to do a 1200 cal diet. anyway, hope you all have a great day, i'm going to lock up and hit the road. everyone left so ... i'm leaving too

Hi everyone what a crazy busy week, and i guess now that everyone around me has been sick for a month... and they are all better, MY turn :thumbup: I was on 3 times last night reading and catching up but passed out at 8:30, i'm up and showered and going to be late for work but what can you do - i'm the only one in town so at least i'm going. so much to say, so little time (at the moment) Jane - i'm so glad your bloodwork is good and your fill is good. Kat - It sounds like things are looking up a little. I was cracking up reading about you going to get the plastic filler, that brings back such memories... and trust me, if she didn't want to lose it, much better to have a filler than have them re-insert, that huts so much more. LOL still giggling - thinking of you running like crazy for filler... Hi gals ((((((KAT)))))) (((((JUDY))))) I am thankful for many things... but right now when I just down right think about it.. besides me and the kids being healthy and loving them more than anything.... I am thankful that i was able to come up with the money to get my mortgage current and did not lose my house. l am also very greatful for my violets... i know i vansh at times and am trying to deal better than i did last spring/summer... but you girls mean more to me than you will ever know mushie me....sorry

good morning gals I still feel so bloated but i braved the scale...lost the 3+lbs i gained... go figure... i ate some corn chips and cheese and a bowl of popcorn and a chicken tender yesterday, figured i was at least 210 again... but nope... still in onderland... i'm so happy anyway i'm going to make a pulled pork today and some ham and cheese soup... and some chicken salad i know strange combo... but i'm trying to go for high protein Kat - you and your family are in my prayers... We are definately a special group of ladies... I'm off to get dressed, I'm taking ds to breakfast in 20 minutes then we are going shopping... then going to try to hit the Y and tan

Morning gals Kat - (((((hugs))))) just checking in, i aparently am coming down with the new stomach bug that my mom and dd had this week, I was up all night with horrible pain in my stomach... everywhere - mom said watch out for what comes next... yipee for me I'm at work, don't want to be here i feel so bad, stuck here until noon then going home and going back to bed. We are getting a little heat wave.. up to 40 today so i'm going to try to salt the ice in my driveway to make it go away, i have about 8" at the end of my drive and there is a good 3" of ice on the rest of the driveway. HI TERRY!!! Why are you up so early??? LOL

Morning gals miss you all... on real quick at work I've been getting up at 4:30 and getting to work on time, omg it is early. Tracyks - i had the same issue after my gallbladder surgery, but now i'm actually normal again, for the first time in 2 years... no problems for me Tracyk - Dylan is learning his letters in the new script style, they started that when Alex was in 1st grade so she learned old block style and then had to relearn, she was fine... they are young and adjust better than we do...LOL Pamela - Love the tattoo! I got the picture Monday night when I got in. I'm doing ok, holding my own working on things - actually starting to like myself enough that i've gained 5lbs... LOL ok not funny but i'm back to soup and extra protien slmifast today so hope it goes away quickly. I'm going to start back to the gym this weekend. anyway... hugs to you all... busy week at work, having a bbq for the guys tomorrow

Morning gals hope you are all doing good, skimmed some post, i'm at work. Super PMS this week and my mood swings have been crazy. I'm happy i'm working on me but i'm really sad at times. I definately have ups and downs and just want to be alone. I've been going to bed at 8 with ds because i don't want to deal with anything or anyone. Mom told my business to her friends and the rest of my family so i don't really have much to say to her right now, if i wanted the world to know my issues I'd tell them. She is leaving for Vegas next week, I need a little space so that will be good. I hope you are all doing good, i'll be back at some point when I am done with my pitty party. I need summer! or spring or just no snow and 35* would be nice at this point

Morning gals been crazy busy the last few days. Trying hard not to be late for work. I don't know if i told you all it was not sunburn on my feet, just so happens during the day i thought i had sunburn, my feet were absolutely frozen, then i tanned and noticed how purple they were... FROSTBITE! They are much better but yesterday got cold very easy at work. Tracyk - glad they figured it out, they can fix you now? Michelle, glad you got your daughter to the DR and she is doing better? Missed you guys, I'm trying hard not to be late for work, have to leave in 20 mins, just finishing my coffee, need to throw on some clothes and run out the door. I don't know how i didn't gain an ounce, last night total PMS night! had some onion chips, fries, and chicken quesidella (sorry bout the spelling), only had a little of each and was going to take it for lunch but threw it out. I'll take it, I feel bloated. I'm going to to back to the Y next week, it was 5degrees last night and getting a huge stom tonight and tomorrow. anyway, make it a great day!

Hi gals just got home from work about an hour ago, i'm beat Laura - no antibiotics but since my gall bladder has come out i feel like my system is functioning normal again, no more bathroom issues, which i've had for just about 2 yyears and my scrip for my water pill has something in it that says not to tan, I forgot about that because it has not bothered me ever My feet are not purple but in 3 visits i'm very tan, and my toes itch now. they feel better but such a strange place to burn Terry - Chad Heymes - He was in an accident that left him in a wheelechair and no feeling in his body at 27years old and is now a motivational speaker, it was amazing, I want to get the book, I'm going to get some copies of it made - Anyway, I had 2 fries and 1 chicken tender last night so i am bad too i'm going to stick to my pulled pork tonight anyway, hope you all have a great day, i'm going to veg out with some pulled pork and a chocolate tini
