Tracy - have fun, gonna call you Monday morning when the kids get on the bus Suzanne, thanks, I had a bad kev day again yesterday... ass... he called alexandra and she HATES him, how sad is that... and she hates him more for what he has done to me than for him not being around for her. anyway, I might go on a real date later... how nice is that? someone actually wants to take me out.

Hi you guys are funny... I too weigh myself several times a day... if it gets more then 4lbs heavier than the am I freak out and got to the extreme so I don't gain the next am. Vicki - good luck with your unfill... and I agree, the 1st year is much easier... and the harder you work the 1st year the better, because It does seem you hit plateaus much more frequest and longer after that... Good Luck everyone about to get banded.

Hi Julie, welcome Good luck with your fill, I did liquids for 10 days then soft food for 10 days, now have a little lettuce with my tuna and I still can't eat much, I needed to go back to basics and it worked. Suzanne - thanks, it was great, lots of them, I had 1 guy tell me i was looking georgous as usual. So there is a guy that I like there, alot, and we have talked and on and off and he is busy, but he is Dan's boss (the guy from last night) I had several people say to me last night Marty was sorry he missed me and Dan just said one of the shop guys said to him his boss was going to be mad at him for messing with his woman. OK... I really like Marty, and have been flirting for a while, and he has back, but just not in a good place. I just don't want to mess that up, but shoot, I want to get out and go on a date, and Dan wants to take me out... what to do? I was thinking about leaving a message for Marty saying "I'm your girl?????" did I miss something...? I don't know what should I do?

Hi Suzanne nice to see you As you guys know, I got a big fill for me on July 30th and am down 30lbs, I'm kind of stuck here again which is frustrating as heck, because I am not eating more than 1/2 cup of food and high Protein, and walking tons every day. Oh well So last night was the ribbon cutting ceremony - I had so many compliments on how I looked, got a date, and had one of the guys i saw every day ask the driver who asked me out who the girl was he was feeling her ass... OK ... he did not touch my butt, just pointed out he saw my tattoo on my back when I was working in the warehouse... but no offensive or even enjoyable touching.. but I was like... Kenny didn't know it was me???? that was all I got out of that.... My hair is not falling out anymore and my curls are back, last time i saw them my hair was pin staight and last night it was very curly. YEAH ME anyway... that was my last night I'm going to watch the weather and go for a walk. my entire day is off ... TT... sometimes I want one, and then I think of another surgery... I don't know... I am going to go for a consult for the smart lipo, I know people who had it done and the baby sag tightened right up, it is almost amazing. Anyway... Tracy have fun... i want to go play in the mud

Hi Tracy K .... my name is Jen and I am slightly out of control... can I join you????? :w00t: JK...I'm here... and I am newly single and have 2 great kids and live in Troy NY I was banded April 07... how strange is that... OK... I'm in a silly mood today... Tracy and I met here in Feb or March of 07 and have been on this Journey togther. I have met my Dr's goals and am now working on my personal goals, I am 13lbs away from the one I set back in 07 and then going to work for the next 25lbs and be happy... ok probably not, but I'll just wait to see how I feel when I get to that point. I'm homeless and am going to hang with you

Mroning gals no sunshine here today... so sad... wanted to spend the day floating in th pool. just went for my moning walk, did the little one, ok it is still 2.5 miles, just not all uphill like the one I do by myself. can't wait for school to start on Wed....

Vicki I swear I was 203-205 for 6 months. Now I'm stuck at 188 -190 but i'm in onderland so i'm happy. It will go down this week, TOM just visitd You guys have any great plans for today? I am marinating chicken and going to throw it on the grill... I have mastered it so I can actually choke it down. That is it, other than getting ready for school.

oh Laura that is just horrible about your friend/co-worker. Judy I know what you are saying, I've been way too cozy where I was, that was part of the problem. I think since this last bout of stuff with Kev I figured I need to like myself and part of my problem is i don't like the way i look... so jumpstart and very positive attitude about doing it for me, because I'll never let anyone in if I am not happy with me... so that is what it is all about for me, otherwise, I'd still be hovering

Gee Thanks...LOL It was the fill, and when I eat something different I go to my daily plate and log the meal so I know where I am at. (you can print out a daily report there too) Did you ever try children's liquid advil??? I don't take it often but when my body hurts from working out and I know I am not going to sleep I take it and no issues. Tylenol doesn't touch my muscle aches

Hi guys yeah, because of the lexapro I was back up to 218 the monday of that week, 215 at the dr on the 30th and 188 today. I was on Clear liquids for 10 days (post op diet) then mushies for 10 days and now running about 5-600 cals a day with approx 70g Protein. I got a huge reality check, just like post surgery, except I was better this time because after surgery swelling went down I was hungry, this fill was good and I was able to focus, I could have stayed on liquid but I was not getting any nutrition. I hope going to the gym after kids get back to school I'll hit my Sept goal of 180 and maybe even my ending goal of 175 by the end of the month... that is only 8lbs in 31/2 weeks... I can do that. I have never had 1.5 in me and I am golden, but for the most part my head is in a really good place with this. I want to hit my goal of 150 by my birthday in March

Haydee - I guess I just want to make sure ..... I was hurting for about the first 3-4 weeks I was walking, the best thing I did was decided to take a day off then get up and walk. It was enough of a rest, now I do my walk with no issues at all and feel great. Jane - I will send you some of my motivation, but restriction to go with that helps me

idk, just a feeling I got my fill 7/30 and have lost 30lbs since. I hope it works for you too

Thanks I have a few more, I seem to get one every year... or add to one I have, next one I am adding more to my foot to finish it off

Morning Kat that is horrible but Terry's probably right (((hugs))) Terry- dd was at cheer last night and then a picnic so I stayed home and did some cleaning and ds tried on his new school clothes and I got some laundry done. This morning we are going to finish up. I really want to shampoo the carpets next week when the kids go back to school. Police went over to crazy ladies house and gave her ticket/arrest stuff. I was craping my pants all night wondering what she was going to do. It was quiet so I was happy. I don't know what they are doing with the dog, maybe putting in the yard and not the pen that backs my yard, but it has been quiet, and for the first time I was able to mow without being barked at. Allergies are kicking my butt this morning, I hate this time of year like most people hate spring. Flu shots were at kids dr's the other day so they are all set, so that will be good too. have a good day and enjoy your day off terry
