Hey all! what is happening? I'm just settling in. I'm exhausted and cranky and don't have much of a sense of humor. It's freezing here and I'm stuffed and depressed. Was way up, and this am down 2, but feel bloated and like I could eat a box of gas-x. Love my job, hate the chairs in the kitchen. Had lunch and wanted to die, had the worst gas pains and hard to choke down lunch. We are not allowed to eat at our desk so this might be a problem. I won't be eating lunch there at this rate, so I got an adkins bar 18g protein and i'll have a shake on my way into work in the morning i don't know what else to do but I've been throwing up for 2 days. Ok off to get something done xoxoxo

Hi all drive by post running late, have to leave in 15 mins... lol yest went well, was exhausted last night, had to go to a tastefullysimple party and came home and passed out! I'll check in tonight, promise. going to gym on my way home and not leaving, going to bed very early xoxoxoxo

Good morning all it is 5:10am and I'm showered and finishing my coffee trying to relax a little. Didn't sleep much, anxious about todayI think. Well, I sucked it up and got on the scale. YUCK but only gained 3lbs since Wed. I guess could be much worse! I've got to get ready to go to work, get the kids up and going at 6 and then hit the road. I know it will be great, just a change. Good Morning hope you all had a great weekend I feel like I have gained 100lbs, so back to reality today, and tomorrow I start my new job so going to pack a healthy small salad. Offto finish decorating and gettingthings together around here since won't have all day to do this stuff anymore.

Good Morning. Cindy, My nutritionist started documenting issues and is going to work really hard to get my tt covered by insurance. I go to her and my Dr. every 3 months to stay on track, and is really worh it. i am very puffy every morning, it is so warm in my room, nice but warm so it takes a bit to get up and moving to unswell, so I feel your pain. Go you, I'm not going to do a reality check until next week. I know it is bad, but starting a job tomorrow, I' wont be able to eat all day and I'll bring healthy food. next week I'll weigh. The only good thing is i've been very good about the gym. I hope you all had a good night and great day today. I need to get things together and get ready to work. oxoxo

Suzanne, we had a 70degree weekend a couple weeks ago and I got 99% of my outdoor lights up. I have too scaled back, I'm the only one who turns the lights on and off and the only one who gets to take all the stuff down, so I downsized a lot. Got my trees up on Thurs and going to finish decorating today after the gym and tanning. It is so cold and very windy here today!

Good Morning everyone I'm up and drinking my coffee, and going on strictest diet today, I feel like I've gained 100lbs. Kat - sounds like you had a wonderful and productive day. We came home for lunch and I fell asleep on the couch for 30- then right back out. So glad it is over. LOL Tracy, I'm sure you miss Macy but did you get all your santa shopping done? We got Dylan all set yesterday. Mom helped with xmas, thank god! But I felt horrible, she had to have spent $1500 in 24 hours, she got me new clothes for work, $300 worth with shoes, and another $325 to get my car fixed, $200 for Dylan - gifts from her and santa, and Alexandra got a new dress for her Holly Ball. Then we get home and to push it over the edge, Mom got a new Laptop, which she has been shopping for, I built her a Compaq for $508 and it was better than the $700 HP she has been holding out for. It was a little bigger than she wanted and not white, but for $200 savings... she was very happy. Laura - that is a tough call, my gram was the same way and it was not easy to deal with, she was so mad at us when we started cleaning things out. what about boxing some of it upand just hiding it for a bit and see if she notices or how she reacts? That was how we started out. Very sad... but been there. Cindy - looks like a great trip, and your children are beautiful! Well, I'm goint to make myself some breakfast, shower and go to the gym. Finish decorating and cleaning the house and getting ready for work monday morning. I'm kind of nervous. Be back

Good morning everyone ok feels like good evening Had a wonderful dinner, ate entirely too much food. In fact, just had leftovers.. LOL Just out to total self distruction but yummmmmmmmmmm Friends came over until midnight and alarm went off at 3am! OMG, went shopping, got a pr of Nike running shoes for $34, an $80 vest for $11 and it is beautiful 16 items at old navy including 3 pr of jeans for my daughter for $170 and another 12 shirts and sweaters for $70... ok my xmas present from my mom, but still, we did great! Brought my car in to get looked at and... $280 later, got oil change, steering shaft adjustment and 2 new tires an alignment. I am so exhausted, going to close my eyes for 30 mins and go pick up my car hope you are all having a great day ... be back in a bit

Happy Thanksgiving all my favorite peeps! I am so thankful for having all of you in my life. Here cooking my first thanksgiving dinner in 3 years, and first one I cooked at my house in 8years. Have a stress free day all! Appreciate your crazy disfunctional families (lol) I don't have any left and kind of miss them.

Hey all Happy Thanksgiving Happy Birthday Vicki hope you had a great one! I have been crazy, got a great job offer and start work Monday, so I have been working hard to take care of everything I need to get done. This is my last week of unemploment so it was odd, but perfect. Anyway, hope you are all doing well and eat healthy. I soaked my turkey in a brine for 2 days to make it moist so I can eat it, my first thanksgiving in 3 years. Last year when I thought I could eat again, had my first gall bladder attack so I'm so excited about today. So excited about getting a fill on the 10th because I can eat EVERYTHING and anything... not good. have a great day

Hey ya'll Happy Amature Day!!!!! what a crazy day, woke up this morning doing my normal morning thing... and out of pure laziness, didn't pay the cable bill and well... was shut off this morning... I didn't care because I had lots to do, then realized I needed income verification so I had to pay the stupid thing...get my stuff printed and then had to run to cable place to swap out my modem and cable box, neither of them have been working... anyway, had time, all was going well so went to the gym and did 30 mins on the arch trainer... go me! I'll get there... get home to get Dylan off the bus 1/2 day and all.... then go down to Social Services to apply for HEAP, assistance with heating bill. got approved for $400 ... very helpful since that is my bill in Jan and Feb, so I'll take any help I can get. I'm now super annoyed because I'm someplace I can't do anything and Time Warner screwed up my email, so I spent 3 hrs dealing with that... So I come home and I made my mother promise she would not put up a single decoration, it was th way I wanted it, so as I pull up on the phone with Time Warner, There is a wreath with a huge orange extension cord over my front door, with blue lights that do not match the lights I put up. For those who know me well.... .OCD!!!!! I freaked, still have not seen her... but I freaked. So, showered and having a quick bite to eat and it is the one day of the year I go out with my best friend since we were 3.... I'm so happy... Tomorrow I'm doing a Turkey Trot at 7:30 so I'll check in and do personals... Love to you all..... Happy Turkey Day to all I miss... and Happy Amature Night to all that know what it is... I sure do and going to start soon!

Good Morning gals omg we went to the gym last night, no wonder why i'm exhausted mid afternoon... I was so tired I couldn't see straight. I was going to go for my walk but kind of rainy out this morning so I'm going to go to the gym again, do more on the treadmill and maybe the arch trainer. I have to build up to inside workout and will stop on my way home every day. Ok off to drink coffee. I am exhausted still. I need to get up at 5 to leave at 6:15 Monday, this is going to take some getting use to.

OH YEAH... I forgot Went to Nutritionist today, get a fill on 12/10, but she was so proud of me, I gained 2lbs but super pms so she is happy, and even if not she is happy hovering around the same and said they expect banders to be in the 40% of weight loss and I'm at 72% and right where bypass patients are, and she was just so happy for me. She is also going to document my rashes and stuff to help me get a tt when I'm stable. What a difference 2 years makes. I'm just so happy I can't stand myself. HAPPY HOLIdAYS

Hello all Well, I start working Monday, and on the biggest project in NYS... yipee MW Zandri... You guys hear of them, corporate is in TX So... I have a week to get a lot done and Monday I get back to the real world... and will have health insurance in March... yipee... even better

Good morning all Kat... that is the funniest story ever, and what makes it even funnier.... because that sounds just like me! Hi Suzanne Well, I got a call yesterday afternoon. I have a job interview Monday at 9am! I am so excited. Big construction company and the perfect job and pay is what I was making at Lehigh and temp to perm after 90 days and I'll have affordable health insurance and benefits again! The owner of the temp agency just got the job, has not even posted it called me and that is it. I might be working on the 30th! As much as I want to finish some things up around here, it will be so nice to have money, almost $200 a week more than i have now, I'm starting to struggle with the expense of winter heat, and holidays. I'll have to get new clothes, but business casual, so that is doable, stuff I can wear all the time, and I'm down to 3pr of jeans and a handful of shirts anyway, just didn't want anything new because I knew I was going back to work after holidays. So, I'm going to have a little breakfast and jump in the shower, tan and get my hair done for my interview and go to a birthday party. OMG, last night my friend Kerry got the Margaritaville margarita maker for her birthday from her hubby... so she needed help testing it for the party today. We made 2 batches of Margaritas and a batch of mudslides. Holy smokes, can you picture the state we were in, and after 4 hrs sleep, I'm up and running and going to do it again today. So... have a great weekend all... I'll be back later

Well, here finishing up my breakfast and then I'm going to run to the gym and do some weights. It was rainy this morning so I didn't walk to school, but got in some other exercise. I have a very busy weekend coming up so of course I'll check in but might be running. I'm already exhausted and almost back to the old way of sleeping, passing out til 1 and then up for a few hours and then exhausted when time to get up. Off I go, to Troy then going over to the new Y maybe to walk the track, maybe not...

Good Morning all Running late, up and showered, Dylan has this morning express thing at school every Friday and I only go when he asks, and he did. First grade is going to sing this cute little song they have been working on, so I'm there! It's raining so i'm going to the gym later this mornng. Yesterday I got so much done I'm so excited, I'm going to paint my hallway this weekend, downstairs part you see from the living room since It is now emptied outt and kind of flows with the room. Take the doggie for a walk is my vote. I'm home, change in plans as usual, so I brought the recliner to my room, been putting it of and moving furniture and cleaning.... I always decorate Thanksgiving weekend (for xmas) so I figured if all clean before then I can put the tree up and inside stuff and enjoy. Remember I already did the outside. Ok I guess my break is over.... back to moving furniture. Oh, I found a big hole behind a radiator that goes into the basement... and I have wondered for years why my front hall is so cold... 11 years later I guess I know why now. I'm right on fixin that today!
