It was touristy, but we stayed on the North end away from the boardwalk area. I will have to check out Bethany Beach, My family likes to drink heavily, but some of the older ones who drank too much in their day do like to do things, relaxing things, My dad just got back from Luguna Beach, NC and they went to the belt mansion and did a tour, stuff like that.

I so wish I could fly, maybe a weekend trip without the kids so i can be drugged, but I get horribly air sick so it is not even enjoyable if I could get over the fear itself. where are you in MD? I love it from MD down to Hilton Head - trying to find a place to settle down there for my big 5 year plan. I am trying to plan a family reunion for next year and was shooting for Ocean City area, which is in the middle of all my family

Yes, actually 10lbs today, but should be back to 12 after I can go to the bathroom ... LOL So where is everyone? what is a central location? I think that would be so much fun

Michelle, My 3 year old was jumping on me at 7am YUCK, since I didn't get home from work until almost 11. so I'm only at 10lbs this am, I have not gone to the bathroom in 3 days which is not a pleasant feelilng. Plus, whenever I work at the shop when it is really hot, I don't pee at all. I drank 3 bottles of water last night and hardly nothing, and I did take my water pill yesterday which I knew I should have. I am going to drink some of that special tea tonight. I with the interview yesterday I didn't want to take the chance that it would work to well. lol All I ate last night at work was a 3oz turkey burger with salsa that I made home, so we will see, but i'm feeling backed up so I'm sure that is my problem. or so i hope well, here I am tryin to wake up and drink some coffee.

I started to have count chocula cereal but I put the bowl away and then b*tch slapped myself into submission and had a couple bites of cottage cheese instead...... TracyKS - see that was what I was talking about the other day when I asked if anyone else did crazy stuff like me.. I was cracking up when I read this I went to my sisters and picked up two push mowers and tomorrow I'm going to push mow my yard... (I broke the rider when I treated it like a brush hog) Again, this is me, I just had to get my mower fixed and the guy told me I was the worst lawn mower owner he has ever seen, needless to say it was in because I attenpted to mow down a tree. LOL Sorry for the dbl post, I couldn't get the mutli quote thing happening for me. Just getting in from work, I drank 3 bottles of water tonight alone and hardly had to pee so I'm sure I am going to want to take the bridge in the morning when I weigh myself - but yes, I have to do it so I know what I need to do tomorrow. the humidity is suppose to break tonight, lets hope so

Terry - Yes I agree - that is great restriction, I am just starting to be able to chug water, I think I might have been too tight but just starting. I've lost 12lbs since my first fill last Tuesday. I just started eating a week out very moist ground turkey and cottage cheese. So 1/2 of that plate would be tight, but good.

Michelle thanks, it would be good, not great pay to start but I guess when changing careers you have to start somewhere well, I am off to find something to wear to work. It is so freaking humid here, hopefully the last day, and of course I have to go to work at the pizza shop tonight so I'm going to wear something I can get away with while we are closed and then put a tshirt on when we open. I'll probably get yelled at oh well, so i'm sure I'll have lots of catching up to do tonight with this busy group fun fun

Michelle crock pot you can do anything, my neighbor puts veggies in with pork and potatoes, she is off the boat Irish and puts potatoes in everything. LOL some onions and garlic and lets it go all day, tender and yummy. Fix it and Forget it Lightly... it is a great crock pot cook book and most everything in it is made semi healthy, or you can adjust ingredients

Patricia, welcome - we are great motivators here in one way or another, we all have good days and bad... but if you can tell they all seem to be good at the moment:D TrackKS - I lost a post this am congrats on he loss, you are awesome as always. So I went on the interview, and as always would be a perfect job, it starts at crapy pay but they provide all the training and I would get to go to construction sites to test concrete and stuff. different place every day. How exciting. But I don't want to get my hopes up so I don't get disappointed, but it would be great!

Morning Violets again I am back from the gym, feeling great of course... do not feel so great getting up but I did it. Going to get ready for my interview. TracyK - I am caught up with you again... how is that for motivation. LOL I am able to eat about 3oz of food but very moist, but I'm eating so I'm happy. Tonight is back to work at the pizza shop, I'm going to grill some chicken to bring with me so I have something I can eat and not get absolutely starving. I always gain from retaining there so I'm going to drink an extra bottle of water to try to flush myself out. I am so excited I wanted to hi 215 by July 15, at this rate, I can lose 4lbs by the weekend with all my hard work. or very close anyway. I know i can... Remember what Judy says........

Morning all- Kat after the week/month you have had... enjoy the quiet Terry - you are so full of it these days... that trip must have been just what the dr ordered . LOL So i dragged my lazy a$$ (as put by terry) out of bed to hit the gym before i go to my interview. I'm not updating my ticker today but I'm down to 219.5!!!!! I am so happy because it is so humid here I feel like I've gaine 10lbs of bloat. 1.5 lbs and I've officially lost 40 since surgery and 60 total. Does that call for a celebration or what..??? I will celebrate with a nice cold bottle of propel ... off I go. be back shortly

Man... I jump in the pool for an hour and look at all I miss Melissa, so nice to have you with us here. Ok I was feeling guilty last night about the coffee. LOL well brown outs are finally done, fans are running and i am nice and cooled off after a nice swim. I was waiting for the little one to go to bed, but aparently he was watching the Cat in the Hat and was not sleeping... so he came in with us anyway. that should put him to sleep.

Kat - we posted at the same time my house is almost perfect, my room is clean, laundry is done, walked, went to the gym - swam - got some sun and now... what to do, as soon as i go back out to the pool I'm sure the horrible storms will hit just me and my boy (3) home and he is playing with his sisters playstation so nice and quiet

Josie - I think you will make a nice addition to our happy little family and the relatives who stop in to visit. LOL Just so you know... Judy inspires the heck out of me too. Judy - we are due for some thunderstoms too, my pool is overflowing from last night's stroms, what a mess, but water was up to 84 without the cover... so as soon as they are gone, I think I'm due for a night workout. TracyK - I was going to ask if I could work from home with you LOL so here is the funny thing about that interview I have tomorrow, I did my research and guess what... it is a job as a Construction Materials Tech job I applied for June 3... they are just getting back to me when I decided to give up until the fall. Man... it is so stinking hot here, 97 and tropical. the humidity is not going to break until tomorrow night, which is good because I go back to the pizza shop, but for my interview... yuck... you guys see how much hair i had in the pics i posted? it shrinks about 4 inches and goes out more than that in the tropics.... HAIR HELP

Kat you crack me up, but I am laughing feeling the same way, I carried my weight all around but my belly is just sagging, my arms are toning, my legs. I don't want to be a size 3 ... but... I am technically single... love dbf but what if???? how can I give myself to someone else if I don't like me? I am only 36 and want to look "normal" I would be happy with a flatter belly and 175! I just bought my first boy shorts bottoms, but they are crapy material and I can't find good ones in black to match the tankini top I have. I never thought in a million years I would even wear a pr.! Well stuck home, car is in the shop and it looks like it is going to storm out. It is so stinking hot here. What to do?

Terry - first... they say empty calories for the alcohol and your pouch is so small that 1 shot you can be completely wasted and caffine is a stimulant that triggers hunger and other things.. Obviously with the coffee it is blah blah blah to me, I am down to 2 cups a day but trust me... you don't want to be around my cranky butt when I don't have at least 1! As for the other surgery, I guess that is what I'm getting to know. Is there a difference between a tuck and lipo? I don't want lipo, I don't want them to suck the fat out of me... just pull me back together. So... If they are the same thing - i will not be doing it. but it is something that has always bothered me and I am interested in getting info on. I too know someone who had lipo and they screwed something up and she couldn't stand straight, and it didn't help pull the skin back, so that is pointless to me. I am willing to work my butt off -

Ok i'm really leaving for the gym... but the funniest thing happened... I was just sitting here reading away and my phone rang. Someone for a job I applied for. So I have an interview tomorrow morning but here is the funny thing. I can't find where I applied. I remember the address because location is important to me, but can't find it anywhere. So it is going to be a surprise where I'm going. I might drive by later to see what type of place it is so I know how to dress. LOL I am applying for all kinds of crazy jobs so some are casual and some are management.
