Dont be hard on your self. Start from the basics. Add more exercise. I remeber in my classes for my weight loss the told me that this was not a quick fix. I would have to work on it. And boy is that true. You have made a life change. And my weakness is Cookies and popcorn. I have not had popcorn. Infact two days after my surgery they made a big bowl and i wanted some so bad i licked one. I dis not chew it and i spit it out. Lol You can cheat on the sleave you can eat like you use to. But your going to have to commit. So try going back to the basics. Or the boot camp. This will jump start you. And add more exercise. You can do this.

I feel they do this so you have your self under controle by the time surgury is done. In my class the talked about a person having the surgery and when they were released from the hospital went straight to McDonalds and eat a big mac. Ouch. They spent a month in the hospital. So take this time and learn your new eating habbits.

It gets better have the familly help you go for walk when they eat have a popcycle chew gum

You can do it by yourself but it is nice to have some with you. Everyone is diffrent. And their post opp experiances very. I went in and was put rhe next day. I had my husband with me my mom helped with my daughter so all i had to worry about is getting up and moving arround.

Reading through all of these you are all doing so well, that is all that has to be considered at this time whether you tell some one or not its not that important. as long as when you look in that mirror and say today is a new day and i am in charge. I look great and I feel great. when your are ready you will let them all know. Kczar all that you have to tell your boss is you need some personnel time off, you do not have to say why, but if you do they may be able to give you support.

Omg. Every time i got close to protine shakes they made me gag. I have a big problem with alot of the protine. I use unjury. I could not drink it. The extra protine has a certain smell so i can not stomach it. So i drink my slimfast and muscle milk that is all i can get down.

Well it has been 5 days since i started the challenge i am 5 lbs dow 15 more to go. HW- 289 SW- 260 CW- 220 GW- 205

I am proud of it all i have lost 69 lbs i have worked hard from the begining that was july 23 i was 289 My surgery was in December i was 257 today i am 220

Yes it is nice when they give you compliments for so long i felt like my son was ashamed of me and my size but he was not. And is even happier that i made changes. He is even loosing. He is 20 and i have a 3 y/o as well and she likes that mom plays more like hopscotch that use to be hard now i am getting cordinated enough again. Its amazing what you have missed out on.

I tried sodas but have not wanted them i not into flat sodas. But i buy the Mio squeeses they tast like some sodas try that

Gene i have struggled with my weight for all my life. When i finaly decided to go ahead with the procedure. After concitering it for two years. I told my parents and when i went to visit them showed them pictures of what i was doing. Then i told my inlaws. And a few friends. I did get why are you doing this. You can loose weight with out doing it. I told those people that i needed help because i could not do it my weight kept going up and i refused to be 300 lbs i was 289 at the time. And they could choose to suport me or not but it was my choice and i had already made it. After my surgery i posted on my face book what i had done. And surprising i got alot of support. I now post my progress Now i tell any one that wants to hear about it. Maybe it will help someone els You can talk about it or you can wait its up to you it all determins how your confort level it all up to you. I have a friend that does not want to tell any one she has had it done and their are a hand full of people that know. You will do fine how ever you want to handle it

My 3 y/o would just hold my hand while we walk she does not like to be to far from me. I had my surgery in December so walking outside in the snow was hard. So i use to just use my eliptical Just have fun with him.

Hi Raven. I was sleeved in December on the 16th i am 5. 3. And my highest weight was 289 and i have lost 67 lbs Their are alot of sugestions for stalls. Missdivas boot camp is one are you tracking with a program like myfitnesspal will help as well and of course exercise. So you are doing great.

Omg i told my parents and brother first then i told everyone. And the reason i did that is because i had veen concidering for two years before. And i had lots of questions. So when i decided to do this i wanted them to know because i have struggled for 35 years with my weight. For once i was going to be in control of my self. And if this could help some one in their decision it would be great. Every one has their oppinions on this good and bad. But no one is in your shoes.
