HI , did all you low bmi, self pay or did Insurance cover your surgery? My paper work just went in yesterday for approval im BMI 36 and also a size 16 and hatting it right now.

My BMI is @ 34.6 i have been over weight for year at my highest weight now 208, will insurance cover the lapband procedure??? HBCBS of NJ.. Thanks
