Had surgery last friday went back today. It wasnt so bad but i was feeling weak so did a few hours in the office and went home

Oh im not drinking it cause i hate black coffee i was told no milk or sugar.. But im about to make a cup and trying to take a few sips -
Thats great.. No shoulder pain here either.. They told me protein shake on phase 2 hmm :/ i wonder if i misundersto her.
