I use unflavored NOW protein. I add SF cho pudding and PB2 (powdered peanut butter). Like u I had a hard time with shakes. These taste amazing. I use water as milk makes them too thick. Mix them in a blender then pour over ice. Easy to drink

Nov 2012 it will be 1 year since my surgery. Lately I feel so hungry. I have been stalled at my current weight for some time. I have aslo fallen into eating some sweets. I am concerned i may have stretched my sleeve. For the longest time I never felt hungry. Now I do. Im not sure if its actual hunger or head hunger. I know im not really good at getting all my water in and maybe get 60-70 grams of protein each day. Its difficult to eat low carb, high protein, low sugar and calories... Im lost for what to eat anymore. I need help from you all. How many calories do you eat each day? What things do you eat and how much? How do you feel with hunger. I need to start working out and im not sure where to begin. I tend to be up about19 hrs a day so I have a lot of time to think about food. Please help
