I tried about 2 weeks out and I was fine -
So me and my family went to a cookout and swimming today and being out in the heat (I live in Louisiana) was more difficult than I imagined. I have a headache and I've had one all day. I did get sunburned and I tried to drink as much as possible but I just feel like the sun was too draining. On another note, I wasn't at all hungry! I was the only sober person there lol (I was sleeved on May1st).

Before getting sleeved I was having a lot of pain in my feet, especially in my heels. I haven't had any foot pain since my surgery!!! Since surgery I haven't had a headache, which I usually got one at least twice a week. And lastly, I painted my own toenails )). Yayy for a small victory!!!!!

I am a little bummed. I am two and a half weeks post op and I do not feel like I'm losing much weight. Am I over reacting? Is this just in my head? I lost more during my week of liquids Pre op than I have post surgery. I lost 14 pounds Pre op and I still haven't lost a total of 20 pounds yet. Is something wrong????

Whoo I know the feeling!!! I didn't have gas after surgery but around day 5, I was in hell! It goes away though, just walk ! -

I am 12 days post op and pretty emotional today. I go back to work tomorrow and I am hoping that will help. I just feel in a funk. I already take something for depression so I don't know what this is

I have a 2 year old and today I put her in the car to get a sno cone. I'm not sure what I did but I have hurt my right lower abdomen so I was just warning mothers to be careful if you have just been sleeved!!!!

Ideally yes that would work but not with my lil firecracker lol! I have a 2 door honda and I have to lift my right knee up to lean in the car to snap her in. That puts a lot of discomfort on my healing stomach. I will probably have my mother in law continue taker my daughter to day care this next week. -
What do I need to do to fix this problem? I also have had trapped gas somewhere in the region of my heart. Gas has been there for 5 days now. How do I fix both of these please?

I was sleeves on may first! I have lost 18 pounds total so far! My diet is progressing to mashed potatoes, mashed beans and mashed vegetables....thank the Lord! I can sleep on my right side now that my drain is gone. I struggle with protein but now that I can have beans that will help.
