Me too we will be lap band buddies!! -
Got the call from the hospital on what time I need to be there on Apr 17. Surgery is at 7:30 so gotta be there at 6 am. Get it done early and get it over. Then they have me stay at the hospital for observation for 23-hours...not 24 lol.

I'm on day 8 of my 2 week pre-op and finally got the call for my pre-surgery blood test. That will be Sunday and then onto surgery Tuesday. I'm hanging in there with the protein shakes and broth and jello. Looking forward to getting going and starting my new healthier life!!

I'm hoping to figure that out myself. I eat to feel good. Now I need to do something else to feel good. Hopefully once we get this lapband it will help us to lose weight and be happier with ourselves. So we can buy new smaller clothes.

Well I think I'm in ketosis because it's Saturday morning before 8 and I'm already out and about. My energy is higher than normal but my pre-op calories are barely getting to 600. I'll take it for now -

Started my pre-op diet today and haven't found myself hungry but it's only noon and it being the first day- a new thing. 2 weeks should go by fast but Easter being close by I hope I can stay on track.
