Here is the updated sheet for check in's that I have through right now. I got another fill today (#3) and the evil eye from my Dr because I haven't been exercising as much and eating very poorly...but seeing him has motivated me again! Welcome to the monthly challenge. August is here and time to start working end of summer activities. The Summer Challenge is a fun way to keep track of your monthly weight loss while gaining and giving support to other bandster's. Copy and post the template below and fill in the information that you are comfortable sharing on Wednesday August 1st the come back every Wednesday on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th and post your updated weight. I will keep track of the weights to get a table listing everyone's results on the following weekend. Well I didn't make my goal but many of you have! Congrats!! I don't have anymore vacations til the end of the year, so I'm going to concentrate hard!! Doing really well this month everybody almost down 100lbs as a group!! Yea! Some people are still checking in on the June Summer challenge, but I picked those up on here as well. I did well by drinking shakes for breakfast and lunch all week, now going on vacation to Kentucky so we'll see if I can keep it up! SummerChallenge_July.xls 1015.5K 0 downloads You guys inspire me!!

I had to move my 3rd fill appt from 7/25 to 8/17 because I forgot I'm going to be on vacation next week. That stinks, as I could really use some more restriction. I gained 4 lbs?!?!? Ugh! Back to basics starting tomorrow I'm doing my pre-op diet again. Need control!!! I'll update the sheet as soon as I have a chance (usually at work, lol) Lisa.

Great Job checking in! Those that haven't checked in I rolled over your weight and highlighted it in yellow, so if you have a current weight for 7/8 let me know and I will update. As a challenge group we've lost over 47lbs so far this month Holy Cow! Good Luck this week! SummerChallenge_July.xls
