Bulges, back fat and bra rolls
mylifeinpink replied to rizabonita's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
:-) I sure was happy that I could use my own back fat to bring it up and where it was supposed to be! My tush had sagged big time, now it's fluffed out, nice and round.....some of it will go down with swelling, but I think I am going to LOVE IT! RIZA~ I am self pay. I was lucky enough to stumble upon my surgeon through the mis information from Jerusalem clinic, I found Dr Niebles, and I seriously am happy with the work he did. :-) There are a lot of options for self pay! :-) -

Inner thigh lift and tummy tuck
mylifeinpink replied to michelleandcolten's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I learned of Dr Niebles when I went to call about the old clinic (Jerusalem Clinic) that did my sleeve. I called the people they referred me to call for references of plastics, and by mistake they gave me this Drs old patient referrals~. (This Dr used to work at the Jerusalem Clinic) I was having uneasy feelings about the old clinic- so because these referrals were so good- I looked for him and went with him for the Mommy Makeover. His name is Dr Neibles. And if you ever want more info on him please ask. I do not work for him but I would definitely recommend him. (So far) -
My Mommy Makeover was amazing, I am healing well, and getting tons of private messages about the Dr and experience. Feel free, I answer each one! <3 Thank you for the support and prayers, you guys are awesome!!!

Inner thigh lift and tummy tuck
mylifeinpink replied to michelleandcolten's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Thank you- i feel better and better every single day! it wasn't that bad at all! Everything that I had done and some extra stuff I wanted paid before I got there (my accommodations, compression garments, extra stuff) I think we paid around 8000. That was with the butt lift- and I'm guessing most don't have that done.... So it's probably less than that- I just sent him full photos and asked for recommendations- and he was spot on with what he thought I needed. I also was seeking the gummy bear- cohesive gel implants- and he offered them. Great Dr- I have to say. Super caring, VERY knowledgable, and skilled! My body was a MESS and he made me look like a little Barbie. Dr Niebles is my new hero I would do it all over again- no regrets -

Inner thigh lift and tummy tuck
mylifeinpink replied to michelleandcolten's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Just a little update :-) I traveled to MX and did indeed have my TT done. As well as a breast reconstruction with implants, a Brazilian butt lift, and tons of LIPO for the fat transfer. Let me just say that by that 4th day, I was ready to go home! :-) ready for a flight, ready for a drive, and ready to sleep in my own bed! My pain from the BA. and TT were NOTHING compared to the burning and stabbing pains from the LIPO. I would do the TT and BA a hundred times- any day of the week.... The LIPO- not so much :-) but it WAS worth it But again, about Mexico.... Not as bad as everyone makes it sound. I was fine to travel. I think it is important to be prepared about stuff! Bring a fanny pack for your drains (no one wants to see that crap) bring extra pain meds, have a wheel chair ready in all airports, and take a companion. It actually loosened me up and made me feel better to walk around a little more and move my parts :-) So fear not ladies! I thought I was the worlds biggest wuss when it came to pain and suffering - so if I can do it- you can too <3 -

All of my LIPO was included in my Mommy Makeover- and he did a lot. Most was applied to my butt lift, but Dr Neibles did mention that he disposed of a lot also. -
Of course :-) His coordinator here in the states is Christy on here - let me find her ID- I will email you her email :-)

Yes- we flew in on Sunday, got picked up at the SanDiego airport by Laura, she took us to the hotel- stayed there night before surgery, then we stayed at the clinic night of surgery. Next three days- two nights at the hotel. Left in Thursday. Yes I feel like it was the perfect amount actually. I'm glad I went home when I did. The flight home was only 2 hours and then we drove 3 hours home and I was fine. Getting up and moving around helped me a lot. Id been laying in bed with just trips to the bathroom for 3 days. I had a wheelchair at both airports that helped :-) I think if I'd only had a TT or boobs I'd have been okay the next day- it was the LIPO that did me in! Ouch Yes the price was right, and in all honesty- he's a great Dr. I'd post the images of he and I together at the airport, but I don't post face photos online. I will return to him for anything more I need, I trust him, he's genuine and is a very caring soul.

It was painful for the first few days- everywhere I had fat harvested and then injected was the worse of the while makeover. But I do love my new tush!!!! -

Bulges, back fat and bra rolls
mylifeinpink replied to rizabonita's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Yes really :-) I will post some very soon. I'm working hard to not sit on my new tush right now- to let the fat cells heal and adhere - so I'm on my cell. :-) I will for sure share! -

Bulges, back fat and bra rolls
mylifeinpink replied to rizabonita's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I had them removed with LIPO last Monday, my back is smooth and not roll'y at all anymore. The LIPO hurt like hell, but the result is worth it honestly. I can wear tank tips again and not worry about my back fat creeping out around my bra and shirt :-) My scars from this are minimal- three LIPO incisions, and then my Dr took the fat and used it for my butt lift -

The best advice you can give a fellow sleever
mylifeinpink replied to beba238's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Beba- just like each if our bodies is different- our minds are also- for me the daily scale loving is so that I can better keep my eyes on how my body reacts to the food I put in mouth on a daily basis. I need that connection every single day. It's a mind thing :-) -
Thank you! Only a few more days till I fly out again! What'a year it's been' hold on tight!!!! <3

The best advice you can give a fellow sleever
mylifeinpink replied to beba238's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I think THE single most important thing- IF you have issues with food (the "lifestyle") then you need to get that fixed first. The surgery won't change your brain- it will only stop you from eating too much for a while.... You can learn to out eat the sleeve- and you will if you have issues. I don't think the surgery is for everyone- I think it's for those that are done with overindulging and done with unhealthy choices in food- and only for those people that are submitting to the idea that they will take whatever changes are given to them, and embrace getting thin---- over their own bad choices. It's like anything- it's a choice. You either choose a new lifestyle and a new healthy body- or you choose to be bummed out because you can't sabotage your life and body with food..... Which in large doses is poison and deadly. ❤ I hope this makes sence. Just like any diet or self help- it will ONLY work if you are ready to COMMIT! And you are ready to WORK for it! ❤ I say this all loving. I'm not trying to come across a b***h ❤ -
