    Flights to San Deigo

Better get them quick- they will go up as it gets closer :-) My husband flies there for work all the time :-)
  2. Add a little work out to your evening :-) It helps remind me why I don't need to gobble at night, and it keeps me busy! One thing I do is take one crystal light packet, ice, Water and blend to a smoothie and sip on that :-) its sweet, tastes yummy, and keeps my mouth satisfied :-) The reward for not eating at night is the scale moving for me- when I eat at night- it stays the same or goes up! <3
  3. Amen! Lol Just what I was thinking! I STILL won't touch that stuff! <3

    One Month, Two Days

Of course- but I'm wearing my compression garments until 6 weeks as instructed- so it will be after that. Six weeks is Monday- and I will do them after that. Lipo was from my shoulders down to the top if my butt. He contoured my sides, my back, etc. I will show you photos if that also. The fat was injected into my butt for my lift :-) Which I'm so happy for- my butt was so flat and skinny.... Not skinny- but SKIN'y. Too much skin. It's great now :-)

Not on everyone. Every person is different. Every single woman has different skin. Yes my lower ones nearer to my navel were either light or cut off with my MMO- but one single one that was right beneath my breast stayed. But it's okay :-) I'm fine with it- it's moved down now after my tummy tuck - and I'm 5 weeks out today from it- and my entire hip to hip and double anchor breast incisions are completely healed and almost not visible- so I think it depends on where the scars are at on our bodies also :-)

warning~ Long read, lots of info~ These are some questions that I have been asked, and I am going to post them here, so that others can read and benefit from them~ *Breasts~ Right now, I am not sure what size accurately. I am done swelling in my breasts I think, but they are still dropping, and they will fluff a bit after they drop, and settle in, so I could gain up to 2 sizes. Right now I wear bras that are 36dd today~ It' changes daily! There are some bras I can wear that are 36D, some 38dd, 36ddd, it just depends on the day. I am mostly wearing sports bras, size 36bands when I don't have to wear an actual bra, because I still wear my band to push the implants down. I Only wear a real bra when I go out. *I was a 44ddd before sleeve~ I was a 38d before plastics I am about a 36dd now. We'll see when it's all said and done! *He used 350 CC, but everyone has a different amount of breast tissue, so you can't go by how many CCs someone else gets~ *No my stomach does not lay flat when I bend. I learned a lot through this, that weight loss patients are much different with plastics than regular women that have not had their bellies poked full of holes. What I have read and learned from Drs is that in order to preserve the blood flow, and not disrupt those scars from the arthroscopic surgeries, (SLEEVES) they must not pull too tight, or separate the walls of the upper tummy too much! There is so many differences in where our scars lay and how much skin is removed, how much blood loss, etc....SO many variables! Too many to compare to someone elses surgery! Your skin and body will react how your skin and body will react. *My vag is higher now yes. A lot higher, my hair line now goes all the way up to the tummy tuck line. (incision) So yes, it was raised, as well my thighs were. I would NOT pay for a thigh lift until after I have my tummy tuck if I were doing it again because you'll get a certain amount of lift, especially if you use a wonderful artist/surgeon like I did. (NEIBLES) (NIEBLES) Can you tell I love that man! :-) *I personally would NOT have an arm lift at the same time as all I had done. I USED my arms like crazy to pull myself up, and to get myself around. I needed those arms, and as flabby as they are, I am SURE glad I didn't get the arms done at the same time! NO WAY JOSE! *I'm 36 years old...wait 37 I think now....I am 5ft1 on a tall day. I was a 24W pre sleeve, and I was a 4/6 pre plastics. I am now a solid 4. When I am done with compression garments, I will try on all my clothes, because right now I can't tell what's tight and what's not...(numbness) .....BUT I can tell you that when I put my size 4s on, I can fit both hands inside the waist with my torso....so I think I may be going down to a size 2 and the solid 4. No more 6s. *I have a passport. I personally didn't want any MORE stresses or unknowns with thesurgery. I wanted what I COULD control to be controlled, and taken care of. SO YES I suggest a passport. *My husband was with me the entire time, yes, again I would not have it ANY other way, and neither would HE. He took care of me after my sleeve, and this was no different. Too many unknowns to go there alone. I know everyone is different, and some people could handle it maybe, but why have more stress and anxiety. Nope, I take him everywhere. He would not in a million years ever let me go that kind of thing alone. *My husband did all of my aftercare. NO he is not in the medical field. He is in TV of all things! LOL. But I am not suggesting that you don't have a Dr lined up, I'm just sharing the information that someone who does not have a medical background CAN take your stitches out, and they can take your drains out, and if you really pay attention to the instructions from the Dr, your companion will feel confident about doing it. I will go see my Dr in a week or so, and have my Vitamin panel run (as I do at least quarterly) but I have not seen a Dr yet. My incision is all healed. As of today, I have no open sores, no open incision line, NO nothing! I'm 5 weeks today. I can FINALLY take a bath tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any other questions, please ask, I will answer honestly!

Scars and stretch marks that are above your belly button do not ever go away. Usually the Dr cuts from the navel down all away, creates a new navel, and pulls the top down to tighten. As well most tummy tucks also include the under muscles being tightened! But no - what is there above your navel then becomes your whole tummy. :-)
