I was a little disappointed with the fact that next week I will be 1 month post op and I only lost 12 lbs. Then I refocused, realized I never lost that much that quickly and decided to focus on nsv's. I am down 2 sizes, my feet shrunk, my confidence is up, and lastly I went to the mall today for some shopping and for my daily walk and even got some admirers. Also for the first time in awhile I wasn't ashamed to be seen with my very thin sister!

I've been having my Mushies. As previously stated fish and cabbage sits well with me. For dinner I had my norm and my chest started to hurt. It sits there for awhile then I feel it going down. Is this a sign of eating to much or to fast? Am I hurting my sleeve?

Thank you! Not to much, not cleared to work out yet so I'm just walking everyday. I'm on Mushies and found cabbage and baked fish agrees really well with me. Eat every 4 hours (my body is in tune with my eating schedule. Ten mins past eating time and she goes crazy lol) Trying to up my Water and Protein intake

Are you in any pain. My stomach hurts thinking about it lol. It's a learning process you'll get the hang. I can only eat about a half a cup and I'll be 3 weeks on Monday

Sleeping Too Much
njs_star627 replied to elizabeth12677's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am 2.5 weeks post op and I am sleeping my life away. It worried me cause I am in my Mushies stage and I would sleep through lunch and I was worried about being hydrated. -
Eating Is No Fun

Lol great way to look at it dorrie. Lissa hot sauce has become my best friend! I am so glad my sleeve tolerates it -
I started my Mushies early (yea I advanced myself about 3 days before I should have) I'm sure ill enjoy food again later on. But as of right now it takes forever to eat and have to set a timer every 4 hours to remind me to eat. I'm chewing mush (yuck) I was excited the first day but now its a chore.
