I was doing well up until 2011. I had lost nearly 70 lbs until a string of personal tragedies struck. I resorted to food and a "my world is crap, so I'll just go back to eating crap, I don't care, etc." I've gained nearly 25lbs of what I had lost. The pounds I swore I'd never see again. I'm trying to get back on track and believe I will.
