November 1- 276 lbs November 8- 274.5 lbs (-1.5) November 15- 273 lbs (-1.5) November 22- 271 lbs (-2lbs) = -5 lbs loss so far this month

So just left the doctor's office and I went in feeling down and left with a smile on my face...I thought I wasn't losing any weight at all I was wrong. According the their scale I've lost 4.2lbs in 5wks do I wish it was more yes I do, but I'll take that. I was giving another fill of 1cc now I have 5cc in my band. Now it's time for me to buy a new scale.

So I haven't taken vitamins and have had no protein shakes for 2 1/2 months now .....I been having really bad money problems for awhile now . Hopefully I will be able get back on track with that sooner than later .

I know i'm late but I'm checking in@266lbs That's(-.5lbs) from last wk & (-2lbs) for the month

I have been watching it since day 1 I LOVE it

So it's been 1 1/2 yrs since we have been banded. I just wanted to see how everyone is doing, post pics if ya got any. As for me not so good I've only lost 55lbs so far I'm @ 269lbs. After being stuck in the 280's for several months. Now I'm stuck between 266- 270lbs Several months ago I've been doing alot of coughing and stuff. So I thought it was due to the band being too tight, so I went to see the doctor and he removed 1cc. Found out that I have something called C.O.D(something similar to C.O.P.D) . I go to see him every 6wks and I have seen him at least 4 times since he had removed some fluid from my band. And now he wiil only put .5 cc in after I told him the reason for me doing all the coughing and stuff.So I went to see him today and and was so disappointed in myself because in 6wks I've only lost 1.5lbs Hope y'all doing okay.

Same here I was on the depo shot and I gained 70 lbs and then with me having 3 kids
