Hey my surgery is also on April 25 -
I messed up today I'm on day 4 of my liquid diet and I had 1/3 of a burger w/o a bun plus a few fries while I was at work I was starving . Ima try a lil harder not to let that happen again

So 7 more days until I have my surgery so excited but nervous,I've already lost 12lbs on my liquid diet I got a chance to talk to a couple if my family members about the surgery since my husband isn't interested in it..it was nice to talk to them

Day 2 went better than day1 I had 3 protein shakes and 2 jello. Went to workout. Jumped on scale this morning weighing in at 312lbs I've lost 10 lbs in just 4 days :) Guess I'm doing something right!!

Yesterday wasn't that bad I end up drinking 2 protein shakes, 2 jello, a lil broth and I snacked on crackers. Let see how today goes I'm down 3lbs since Friday :)

Okay my husband is so against weight loss surgery. He is not supportive at all at first he said he'll leave me if i go ahead with it ... He changed his mind after he seen I wasn't gonna change my mind but now if I bring it up he don't wanna hear it. But the only other people who know is my mom, both of my sisters, one of my cousin, and my dad. And they are totally supportive

Hey my surgery is on April 25 also my starting weight is 322 name is Tammy I'm going CRAZY and only on my 1st day of liquid diet.. Fixed my family chz burgers oh I was so tempted I snatched a little piece tho

So today is the first day of my 10 day liquid diet I'm ready for it then again I'm not ..working at FIVE GUYS BURGER&FRIES it's gonna be hard but i have to turn away from all that food I have my head on straight and I know what I NEED to do..... in 10days I'll be banded Wish me luck

Okay so I uses the WHEY protein powder the chocolate kind... Mixed it with SKIM MILK NEVER had it oh I didn't like it at all. Gotta try and get use to it.. They say change is good!! Me changing milk(2% to skim) is a start. Its all good though my health is more important
