Its different for different ppl im 10 days post op and still be having pain, did they give you any pain meds?? Heating pad will help

Ok surgery was 8 days ago and so far I've lost 21lbs and 6 inches around my waist

My doctor told me to wait 2 weeks after surgery

I start that stage nxt week can't wait anything better than liquid...I also had my surgery on 4/25 since then I've lost 20lbs

Hey I was banded April 25 I'm still have a lot if pain and in walking just about everyday ! I started full liquids 3 days after surgery . When I left the hospital I was 325 I have lost a total of 20 lbs since then .

Yes it's so true before I gained 160lbs 6yrs ago ppl treated me do different than how they treat me now!! It's a damn shame

Girl me too I'm also 7 days post op what I'll do is either drink another Protein shake or eat some Jello and force myself back to sleep I'm down 15lbs since surgery Hang in there I believe it'll gets better

Ok when i got weighted in prior to surgery i weighed 313lbs left hospital Thursday4/26 weighing in at 325(gained 12lbs@hospital) as of today I weigh 307 a I've lost a total of 18lbs in 6 DAYS!!

I'm all smiles today my surgeon called me in a refill soooooo happy I took my last dose yesterday evening

So I'm almost out of the medicine that I was given when i left the hospital . I have seen a couple of post about ppl taking children's tylenol ....wanted to know how many ppl tried taking it and does it help for the pain?

I'm only 5 days post all I do is uses the tredmill and/or uses the bike. I also work on my lower half since i can't work my upper half at this time

Just left the gym , had a nice workout didn't over do it at all

So today is day 5 post op so far so good .Last nite i cooked dinner for my family and did a few other things around the house altogether i was on my feet for about an hour. Was so tried when I sat down it was a relief . Woke up and walked my daughter to school I say about a total of 6 blocks to and from.Almost outta liquid pain medicine , tried calling to see if I could get more but couldn't get threw , so i went and brought some children's tylenol. Also called to make a follow-up appointment was trying to get in this week ,but couldn't it is on May 10.
