Im almost 4 wks post op and I just still be having pain around my incision that's it on a scale of 1-10 it's about a 6 Walking sure do help the pain I be having that's it we'll I do get shoulder a little bit!! -
So it has been 3 1/2 wks since my surgery and I've been working out 2X a week and lost a total of 26lbs so far , starting nxt wk ima start working out 3X a wk!! I could do more but dnt wanna over do it , plus I still been in a lot of pain sometime

So today I weighted in at 299lbs haven't been under 300lbs in a couple of yrs My goal weight for the end of May is 290lbs

Ok I'm 3 wks post op surgery and I've lost a total of 25 lbs had a cpl of slip ups but it's all good I gotta be doing something right my weight loss is going good ... Ima try and keep up the good work

So I was geeked today because I start stage 3 Pureed Foods i can have: Breakfast : 1 oz protein & 1 oz starch Lunch : 1 oz protein & 1 oz fruit Dinner : 1 oz protein 1 oz vegetable Anything better than the liquid stages Tomorrow I go to my 1st doctor appt. since surgery!!!!

Surgery 4/25/12: 315lbs Day after 4/26/12: 325lbs(gainedinhospital) Wk 1post op5/2/12: 308lbs Wk2 post op5/8/12: 303lbs So far so good

Tomorrow I start the nxt stage which is mushie food I'm so over this full liquid! I can now have more such as eggs, mash potatoes, and more :)

So outta the 11 days post op I say I messed up about 4 of them days within a week I had lost 21 lbs I've gained about 5 lbs back but I have my head straight fo' sure I can't afford to keep slippin' up
