Got a couple of free weights and I have several workout DVDs that been collecting dust. I just figure since I don't have a membership any longer i can bring them out!! -

Also banded 4/25/2012 I've lost a total of 35lbs and am all smiles. :) my gym membership has recently expired so I been tryin to workout at home when I can. -
So for the past 2 1/2 wks my scale had been stuck at 294lbs I got on the scale this morning and it moved down to 290lbs

Took me bout a month or so -
Supposed to had my first fill but I had to reschedule because I couldn't get my shift covered at work. So now I don't go in for my appointment until July 5 !!!that's 3 more weeks:( I'll be 10 weeks post op when I'll get my first fill

So today is exactly 5 wks post op and I've lost a total of 33lbs :)

Checking in @292lbs that's -5lbs from last , and 33 lbs since surgery 5wks ago my goal wt. for the end of May is 290lbs

Okay I was banded on April 25, 2012 and I've lost a total of 27lbs !!! I know I can do better and I will I'm going back n forth from 296-300 lbs. Still be in a lot of pain, especially when I try and lay in my bed, since surgery I've been laying on the couch(husband dnt like that) out if medicine AGAIN!!!! I wanted to see how everyone else is doing with diet & weight loss that was banded on Apirl 25, 2012!!!
