Hi Donna how did it go? It was nice to met you. Are you sore did you need anything for the pain? My fill went well. Although I have been getting things stuck the past few days it seems to be ok.Were they able to do your fill as well.

Finding it really hard. I feel fine and think i should be able to eat normally. It is really hard when you have to cook for the family. I did start walking about half an hour a day. Scared to weigh myself because i had gained a couple pounds when started the cream soup. Cant wait until post op is over.

I know there was a few of us banded on or around this day just wondering how everyone is feeling? I feel ok finding it hard to sleep I think the pain killers keep me up though. Hope yours all went well.

Just a thought I was the biggest pop attict around about 5 to 6 cans a day it was deit pop though. I havent had one in over a week and really not even thinking of it. unless that will change at a later date. -
i know i dont feel full at all. Not sure if I did anything wrong or if this is normal. Finding it hard making suppers for others. Dont feel satisfied at all. Hoping it will pass.

Well i am pretty much back to normal i know when i over do it because my back gets sore quick which is odd. Still get a few gas pains. I can drink normally.Also getting hungry so I know I am feeling better.

I am feeling dizzy as well. It also hurts when I burp. Altough i am able to drink water easily. I am also looking forward to be on full fluids because I am felling weak. I think all this is part of the process. But i would watch that you do not get dehydrated.One question though does anybodys back hurt. -
I also recieved the midband as well. I can not wait until i am feeling more like myself. Did you have a choice between bands?

Has anybody tried the jello i am scared to try. I am feeling fine except the chest feels pressure as well. Glad to hear everyones went well.

Well 13 pounds on pre op gettin really nervous, but I know I am doing the right thing. I cant believe friday and the day is here which is ok because the diet is getting old. I also think the month after is going to be trying as well. Best of luck everybody.Maybe see you in passing friday my time is one. -
I had started on the 19 2 weeks they said cheated a little but i have lost 8 pounds in 4 days. I think the main thing is to lose some so you shrink your liver. I can hardly wait for my fourth i just want to get started.

I have the same date may 4th at 1 how are you doing on your diet. It is harder than i thought it would be well hope all goes well.

Well I booked the day it is may 4 at TLBC and I can hardly wait. Alot of emotions. I feel really lucky to have this opportunity to do this. Although I am a little scared. I know things have to change, a little sad about not being able to drink diet pop. Although a small price to pay when you look at the big picture. How long did everybody take off of work?

Great post makes you think. I remember when i quite smoking and relizing how much of an addict I really was. I then relized that I have a very addictive personality, but how come only with the bad stuff. I am happy I left that addiction. But it did lead to another (food). Hopefully with the band I can steer myself into getting addicted to exercise, but I am not holding my breath.

I am doing the same thing, thinking i can never have that again. Although most upset about my diet pop. My surgery is may 4. I would not worry about it though I think most people would experience this to a point. Take care. -
That is good to hear lianna 7 more pounds wait to go. JLB looks like our dates are close to each other, we can kick to diet coke together. It seems like i am drinking more because I have to give it up, go figure.

Well made the appiontment for march 15 is my consult not sure how long of a wait after that.Just thought i would let you know that at www.tcclinic.com it is 15000.00 and the consult is free not sure if that is a big deal to you but 1000.00 is better in our pocket than thiers. -

I live in chelmsford and am thinking of getting the lap band as well actually just waiting until they open to give them a call. I am quite nervous. My husband is a little or actually quite a bit nervous about the money. Although if you add everything up i am sure i spend that plus more already. thinking of going to the Toronto Cosmetic Clinic Dr.Tin has anyone had him do there surgery?
