Woohoo as of this morning im now 199lbs that's 62lbs lost since jan 31, 2012

I'm about 4-8 ounces Depending on what I'm eating...I'm now finding I'm eatin more frequently and that's where I need to to watch what I'm grazing on

Im eating under a 1000 calories a day and I put on 2lbs...I don know what the fudge is goin on ???

79 days post op and I've hit a stall haven't gained anything but haven't lost any 58lbs lost so far.

My god I was laid off work on 4/2 and I've been horribly depressed and eating the world....I haven't put on weight but I haven't lost any since then !!! And I haven't been sleeping so my sneak eating is at night what the f@*k !!!

So I had some grilled onions lastnight with my home made chicken slider for dinner lastnight and boy oh boy is my toilet paying for it this morning !!! Anyone have this kind of problem with veggies grilled, raw or steamed ? I'm 7weeks post op and I love my veggies

I took my scale out of the bathroom and only weigh myself on Sunday's. I was becoming manic about my weight. Just follow your plan drink your water and do your workouts and you'll shed the weight.
