I am going to buy some new jammies, sometimes if you "look good". You'll "feel" good. Perhaps a new lip balm too just to make it special for my new chapter in my life.

Take an oatmeal bath. Helps with itching. Go to ER if you have trouble breathing. Stay calm and just contact ur dr.

I am on vacation and it is so hard to not eat as if it is my last meal. I'm trying to "remember" the full feeling. Nervous about some changing behaviors and social situations. B-day parties coming up! I'm sure I'll have to leave the room when cake is being served. -
