i had lap band on Wednesday and have been having Lipton cup a Soup creamy chicken daily. Today I put a couple of spoonfuls of salsa in it and it tasted soooo yummy, like tortilla soup!!!!

I was banded 2/14/12. Things I want to be able to do Sit crisscross on the floor with my kids Cross my legs comfortably Wear boots ( cannot get any to fit sound my calves) Single digit size...not 18 like now Less pills No diabetes No blood pressure and cholesterol issues See my collar bone Paint my own toenails Play tennis again Learn golf

I was banded 3/14 At true results richardson by dr. Benavides. Feel great and going back to work tomorrow. Am thinking about doing the support group they have Wednesday nights at 630. Anyone ever been? -

I was banded yesterday by dr. Benavides in richardson. Great staff, very informative. I had trouble sleeping last night, ended up in the recliner to sleep. Stomach very sore, calfs sore. Neck hurts from being in recliner all night. Can I use a heating pad on my tummy to relieve pain??
