Thanks everyone for your input!!! I had really thick hair and it has gotten really thin that's why I decided to cut it so short. I have been taking Biotin for about 6 months now and my nails are awesome! And I've noticed new hair growing in that's another reason why I cut it so it could all be the same length. I just started the nixion, so we will see how that goes!! Thanks for all the support my fellow sleevers and keep up the positive attitudes we will get where we want to be one step at a time!! So I'm 4 months out and at about 2 1/2 months my hair started to fall out and I mean hand fulls at a time everytime I showered or ran my figures threw it :-( needless to say I was upset even though I was warned by my doctor that it would happen and nothing I could do would stop it from falling out. So my question is has anyone used NIOXIN? Does it work?? What things have u used to help regrow healthy hair?? I just cut my shoulder length hair to a pixie cut so I wouldn't see so much falling out. Also anyone have a clue when it will stop??? Any info would be AWESOME :-) Thanks And FYI I'm down 65 lbs

I am having handfulls of hair fall out when I take a shower or brush my hair. Everyone tells me that the PROTEIN is the key to not losing your hair but it's really hard for me to take. I do take BIOTIN when helps with regrowth and my doctor told me its normal to lose your hair when you have drastic weight lose. So yes be prepared to lose some hair :-(

Well I am 3 months out and have lost a total of 52 lbs. I am so scared my weight lose will slow down :-( my goal is 120 lbs and I know i am going to have to work for it just really scared I won't make it.
