My doctor says the after taste is due to the protein boost. My shakes taste great....but I have bad taste in mouth everyday. Have not even had a shake today and I still have the nasty taste in my mouth...

I am schedule for the 10th....I am still drinking my protien shakes and water and some jello. I actually have energy! I think I just want this so bad I am not letting anything stop me.

My doc says 800 a day and I should have four it used with skim milk, but I only drink maybe there and then Water of cystal lite. They taste good but I am not a smoothie or shake person. I dropped diet dr pepper cold turkey..... -

No straws. It allows air in the stomach.

Lip balm for the dry lips due to no liquids by mouth...sock to keep feet warm. Also some house shoes because u got to walk the halls several times! Good luck!

It show u how addicted to food we really are....I have not cheated by the first three days were horrible.....I am craving starches and nachos but I have a shake instead....protein shake..

Not painful I guess....just starving! You have no idea how you are addicted to food until it is taken away.

I had mine was fast and out like a light. It did hurt afterwards because they did a biopsy. Hurt for three days....but nothing like the 14 day liquid diet.
