I had my surgery on Monday. Is anyone feeling any sort of pinching in their stomach? Just want to know if this is normal. -

Hi Everyone! My surgery is scheduled for March 26th. On Monday I started my 2 week liquid only pre op diet. Tuesday I woke up with the stomach bug and was unable to keep anything down. This morning/afternoon I am still very nauseous. I have been unable to drink the shakes, I have been drinking Water. My mother brought me a baked potato to help the nausea go away. Is this going to mess anything up?
