Right Side Pinching Pain After Gastro

It feels like something is getting stuck/pinched, mainly when I twist and turn or move the wrong way. I spewed well dried reached do much yesterday due to gastro. -
Hi, I'm 4 years post op And just had gastro real bad, but now I feel a pinching feeling on my right side, just under my ribs. It's like something is caught . Any idea?
