I have read lots in here, so either I missed it or it is not there. Fruit, no one mentions this, have people put it in their shakes, had as snack, which ones gave complications, which ones r the best Ty for any feedbac

gl to all that had there surgery in the past week, i leave tomorrow for mine, Thursday is the big day, i am getting very anxious, nervous, excited. My biggest fear i think is the pain, i am such a suck, have very low tolerance to pain, i did read someone else does also and she said it was fine, so here is to hoping mine will be the same. If not i guess i have to think it will not last long. Again gl to all that are going and that have had their surgeries, and prayers being sent out :wub:

ty for this info, yea my hubby just wants to make sure that everything is in place once we r home, i will have to look to see if up here we have unjury powder, i need to get some protein powder for sure,,

i am so glad u r ok, i am sure it will pass and soon, any surgery takes time for your body to adjust, so hang in there, and take it easy rest.

i personally would stay in the hospital, but that is me, i just feel if by chance something should go wrong, faster response, everything is there that you may need, also cleanliness, not saying that clinics are not sterile, I guess it all depends what u r comfortable with, also the old saying you get what u pay for, sometime the least is not always better, just do your homework on what you decide , i have 6 days to go and getting nervous,,

so glad u r doing well. i have 6 more days. i am reading like crazy to see what i should expect after surgery, need to write all this down so i know what to do,

u r doing it again by trying to stir up stuff, people were asking you for more info you got defensive, everyone has their opinion, we are not mean spirited, if anyone is it is you, by your snide comments, as for bullies my gawd woman, look in the mirror, you have been the one telling people to get off this thread, etc, like i said in an earlier post take a deep breath and re write your story, not with a little bit here and there and leave it up to someone to put the pieces together, from post to post. You seem to be the type of person that you can have a say but gawd help anyone else that may have an opinion, or if someone disagrees with you then the wrath of Kim comes out. i am sorry to hear about your problem, but like i said earlier, if this would of happened to me or if it does i would of went to another dr immediately, to make sure all was well, and to carry on with my journey of losing, but you did not mention that, also you did not mention how long ago this was, all you have said since is the way our medical system is going, if you work for health insurance, how many people u have helped, then you should know what would happen what avenues you need to go down, this is where it gets foggy with your story. i wish you all the luck, but i am not going thru another day of reading anymore of these posts, it is just to wonky, again i will say ty for calling me a sweetie, since i am one

will be thinking of u today, i have 7 days to go, having u and others going before me and so close is making it easier,

what i have started to do and have in the past is 2 lb weight bars(can of soup works too), while watching tv, or when u r sitting, just do the curls with the bars, overtime it will tighten up, once i started walking lots, i took the bars with me on the walk and this also helped with the bat wings, i also bought ankle weights, while sitting u can use also just by lifting your legs,

so we need broth beef or chick i assume low sodium, Protein shakes how many carbs, etc ?, i was also told to buy gatorade 3, hard to find up here, we can drink tea green or reg. ?, i have 1 cup of coffee in the morning, that is it, do not drink much caffeine at all. what about crystal light to mix in the Water. i know my hubby is like we need to go shopping so i have everything when we get home, that is starting to stress me, , like so many of you i hate wasting money on something i may not like,

i will say hi, i have so many questions once i get there for him, i already asked here, but want to ask him too. i guess to verify what i have learnt, my goal is to get this weight off by Sept. that is my goal, slow an easy, i appreciate your input, ty

Yep for sure to get back up,, n more then likely to go down although I know of someone that did not need to show hers going down but coming back up they asked to see it

Ok with this being said, I get a better picture of what you are like, you have a wall up , u have been hurt, disappointed, people maybe around you that are not supportive, so do not take this the wrong way but you come across as a hard azz, to protect your feelings, but I bet you are a ***** cat underneath,, my suggestion is to start over take a deep breath, and re write your story, from beginning to end, not bits and pieces in several posts but the whole story in one post, by the way I am a sweetie lol

Your story is nothing to laugh about, it is serious stuff, I guess if you did make a mistake it was more how the title of the thread started. I for 1 hope you find the peace and happiness. Life throws us curve balls, we all can handle it.

To me it is to many inconsistencies with the story, when I first read it was omg, then as she kept writing I was like omg, does she know what she is writing/ saying, sad but true

Mine is next week, and yea doing the same, should I do this, will I be ok, etc etc, so obviously very normal since we are all experiencing it. Very very gl, and cannot wait for the posts that we all did great on the road to a healthier us.

I have read this whole thread, all I have to say is their is so many holes in your story, no wonder people are replying the way they are. As for lawyers , they love this kind of stuff, so why u can not get one is beyond me. If this happened to me I would be questioning what went wrong, the part of u wiggling your way thru the bed rails is where I have a prob, if you were so week how could this be. Then you say for 3 days they lost you ,, woke up to sister by your bed, again. Why was she not there to begin with. Then u say your daughter is a lawyer, my gawd holes after holes. Sorry but if you are taking cruises every month or other, then you are not that bad off, physically or sickly. Not like you are hiding under a rock, so to go out in public obviously is not that bad for ya. I know some that will not leave their house because of their insecurities of the way they look, the way u started this thread is soooooo bad, I for 1 that will be having my surgery next week, thought omg, my worst nightmare, they just had. Sorry but like I said way to many inconsistencies in your story, you sound like someone that just wants attention. It is so sad u chose this forum,

hang in there, how bout inches, u must be down some, the # on the scale sometimes can be disheartening so u have to look at the inches

who was the dr and the hospital i think people need to know
