Hi Jocy! I've been checking this post everyday because we're pretty much in the same boat so to speak. My information was also submitted to my insurance, (Anthem), last Monday and I've yet to hear anything. Unlike you though, I've been calling since day one just trying to confirm receipt. Didn't help matters that they didn't even show anything being received until late Friday. And now of course, it's been in the PENDING status. So I just wanted to let you know that I definitely SHARE your anxiety. So please keep us posted once you hear something.
