Im 4 weeks out and feeling very nauseated all day. I drink I feel nausea, I can't stand to eat anything I get nauseated. Anyone else have that as well?

What are some foods you ate or are eating at this puréed stage? Recipes if available!!

Is Wendy's chilli fattening? And do I just blend untill puréed? I can't eat right from container without blending it?

M 3 weeks out and I'm stalled on loosing weight. I'm getting in no more than 500 calories a day. Am I doing something wrong? What should I do to get moving again. Thanks in advanced.
