Hi everyone, I am very new to all this,I am day 4 post op of my lap band,and am really struggling with the pain,i am not sure if this is normal but it sure is bad,I am not fitting much liquids down either ,not sure if that's due to the wind pain or me not yet understanding how the band works,can anyone give me some advice on this.
